So I’ve come here at least 20 times. Each time they will give me a bottle of the sauce they have so that you can add extra onto the meat(sometimes it has barely any on a large plate of meat) and 18 out of the 20 times I’ve always got it. TWICE with the same lady she claims they “never do that” and that I’m wrong. Well the last time I’ll ever go there this happened AGAIN. And when we are walking out there we’re 4 diff tables all with sauce bottles. I she has a short haircut and her name starts with an E if I’m not mistaken.. she has single handedly lost my business for this place now I’ll be going to the one in plaza Bonita. The other 18 times I’ve been this place was awesome, no issues and were very helpful. They don’t even think twice when I ask for a sauce bottle , only with her it seems absurd. If you’re spending over 100$ for two people (we order drinks) then I’d suggest not going here n risking a bad time.

Our favorite place for kbbq. But when we went here to eat, while waiting for 30 minutes, while waiting by the door. I saw these couple picking up their Togo food, and while the cashier handled the food to them, we all saw a small roach that attached in the receipt with the food. The customer left, and yes, we left too. ? I hope they can clean these place and the floor is slippery too. Too much smoke inside. But the food is good.

i come here very often but tonight i had the worst experience. the servers and the host were condescending. first they sat us down in the corner and we had no leg room but it was fine. i understand it was busy but it definitely knocked down our experience because it was so uncomfortable. our first server was condescending and when i would order she would say "so bulgogi is 14" "so pork belly is 22" with attitude. they had messed up our order and didn't put it in. we ordered spicy bulgogi and i had let the server know. she came back with a small bit of sauce on our bulgogi. not enough to make a difference and we ordered pork dumplings. they didn't put in our order for pork dumplings. we just checked out after that we paid cash and we waited a while for our change and receipt. we had let two servers know that we are still waiting on our change and receipt. the host comes in and gives us our change in a a unpleasant way with no receipt still. we had to ask AGAIN for receipt. food was great but service was uncomfortable and horrible

Very disappointed in the past year they have raised the prices 4 times. Every time I have been here in the last year they raised A2 $1-$2. It's more expensive than similar places in the area. I love their food and service but won't support this. It's ridiculous to raise prices this often.

Very good Korean BBQ all around! Only critique would be that it’s very loud inside.

Pass. Service is terrible and management does not communicate at all. Has us waiting in the cold for an hour. Food was terrible.

I love manna. It's my preferred kbbq spot. I love all the sides and salads and additional options. I love their table set up and how efficient the service is. It's seriously always a good time. I went last night for the 100th time and it was just as great. Jason was our server and he seriously crushed it. He was always around to get us another side, napkin, water - whatever we needed. Not to mention the music they play in there is a serious vibe for girlies who do the little dance when you start eating. It's a real vibe and as always - I'll definitely be back.

First time dining at Manna and had a good experience. It’s not fancy by any means but you leave stuffed full of food if you do it right. We met at 5pm on a weeknight for dinner so we were seated immediately but there was definitely a wait by the time we finished. TIP: Go early to avoid the wait. Plenty of parking but the spaces are somewhat tight. The service was a bit haphazard. We had to remind the wait staff on a few occasions about the sides, additional drinks and sauces. The favorite dish of our night was the beef bulgogi. There was one meat we just couldn’t eat because it was all fat even after having cooked it and didn’t have a good marinade so we felt a little wasteful about that. Also, please note that shrimp comes unpeeled so if you’re lazy like me you won’t enjoy that. It’s definitely worth it to go for the premium all u can eat for the price if you like steak. Overall, tasty food at a reasonable price and average service.
