Food was excellent (definitely worth upgrading to premium) but the employees kept forgetting little things like Utensils, water, etc. Recommend half ordering in order to have room for different things on the menu.

It was a little confusing at first learning how to order food on the tablet and the button to let the waiter robot leave! Food was good. You do have to cook the meat yourself on the grill at your table.

My group waited a hour and a half to be seated. Told that they don't take reservations for party of six. I understand. They thing that got me is, we're having a good time eating a lot of food and hanging out. The server comes and turns out of turns off our grill. And then another server comes and give us a bill telling us that our time is done. There's a 2-hour time limit. We're there for only an hour and 15 minutes. Another servicer told me that I can speak with a manager if I wanted to, but it totally killed the vibe. Wasn't worth my time and the already Auto gratitude the bill which is fine. Just upset about my experience here. Also doesn't help when the Korean server says in Korean. How upset he is when people don't tip... I was just upset about the service I got at the end of the night that ruined my mood. Food is great but my experience was not. I don't like to do a lot of reviews or give out bad reviews, but this was truly a poor experience.

We came in early on a Saturday, and while we waited a bit for the table, it is so worth it. We were really impressed by the staff, especially Chris and James! The quality of the meat is great and we also love the brisket sauce. Definitely will be coming back!

Food so filling and fresh! Tried both A1 and A2, either menu you'll eat plenty! Staff is helpful, patient, and kind!
