Best shrimp burrito ever out of their food truck. Really generous with the shrimp which was moist, flavorful and cooked to perfection.

We ordered the buffalo fries with sauces on the side because we intended on sharing the fries with our kids (4 and 1). They proceeded to put buffalo sauce all over everything which wasn’t a big deal. I figured they would just give us some fries on the side because of their mistake. Well they refused. Honestly couldn’t believe it. I explained the situation again and the lady said only the chicken had the buffalo sauce on it. I explained that it was in fact put all over the fries as well and that I wasn’t asking for a new order I was just asking for some fries on the side. She went and asked the guys on the truck and they said no. Won’t be going back.

Best Shrimp Quesadilla ever!

Oksy, so many people like Taco Tuesday but, honestly, a lot of the places that offer their version of Taco Tuesday really fall flat on their faces, IMHO. Why? Because the few options they offer plus they don't have much interesting protein options to begin with. Moriscos El Pulpo/Reef Bar is different. Sure street parking is not always the greatest but fortunately there is a an Ace Parking structure one and one-half blocks east on Market that is reasonable. The interior of MEP transports you underwater for better or worse. The only natural light comes from the narrow front of the eatery but the atmosphere is fine and fun. The Taco Tuesday specials are good, including fish, shrimp. steak and surf n turf tacos at varying price points. For the two of us we had a fish taco, shrimp taco, a surf n turf taco and a mojo octopus taco (this last one not a Taco Tuesday option but priced well at $5.50). Of the four the least pleasing was the fish one but all the rest were delicious. The seasoning on the surf n turf was so good with the shrimp yummy with butter garlic. The octopus was an exclamation point to the quartet of tacos. All of them were decent sized so you get your fill. I'm coming back for the food!

I felt like I was in Cabo. Nothing fancy here but the good straight forward tacos. Any place that has Tapatio the table has to be good. Even the plastic covered menus make you feel you are in Baja. Had fish shrimp and steak taco. All good here for Taco Tuesday! Steak taco was very tender. I say go for it.

Excellent service, try the Coronarita (margarita) and probably the best taco I ever tasted, the Chipotle shrimp taco ??

Best fish taco spot in downtown! I got the shrimp taco and fried fish taco which were both phenomenal. Will definitely go back next time I'm in San Diego!

Tried chipotle shrimp taco (phenomenal), fried fish taco (love!) and octopus taco (wasn’t my personal favorite). Overall great place to try seafood tacos!

Excellent Mexican seafood! Super fresh and tasty. We had the fried fish tacos and this dish of fries with shrimp and sauce on top—highly recommend!

This was close to our hotel and we decided to give this place a shot after walking around checking out other venues. The establishment is quite dingy but we had high hopes for this place base on some online reviews. We had the tequilada Michalada and the sauteed octopus to share. The Michalada was great, nice rim of hot sauce and tajin. The octopus was delicious, not under or over cooked with the right amount of bounce. Flavors were present without being too fishy or overly salted. The toppings of peppers, garlic, onions and Chicharrón were a nice touch providing a nice contract of tender octopus and the crunch from the Chicharrón. This came with a side of tortilla where you get the choice of either corn of flour. However only 4 was provided and based on how large the portion of octopus was, it would have at least required 8. One star knocked off due to how clean the tables were. Ours was a bit sticky, had bits of crumbs left and the stools we wet.

Finest spot to grab something when in a rush. The service is efficient, rates are fair, great ambience. Will visit here again

I love this place!!! I saw it on SD taco trip and it was def worth the drive! The Clamato with clams is my favorite thing on the menu! I go next door to the liquor store and grab a beer and put it in my Clamato at home. Deelish!
