It's a little bit hard to find but it's on the third floor of Nordstrom store. They have a generous amount of food I highly recommend a portobello mushroom ravioli delicious.. the signature cake is absolutely the best restaurant cake I ever had. It's a must try. The restaurant has the view of the mountains it has a very chill atmosphere.Parking: You can park right in front of Nordstrom's store in the mall parking lot

I have been coming to this restaurant for over two decades. Love the food, service has always been great, even nowadays when it gets really crowded. Last time I dined here it was the exception. I had lunch with my 83-year-old mother. The line was quite long, considering it was a weekend and in December. No issues with that at all. After placing my order and paying for it, my mom asked if she could sit down. I told her to pick a table since I was just waiting for my receipt. It took a couple of minutes because two customers walked up and asked for to go cups. Meanwhile a female staff member walks up to my mom and very rudely tells her she can't sit, she has to stand in line, order and pay. She explained she had already done so. This female employee asks or demands proof. My mom points out to me, the employee insists she wants to see the receipt. Finally I guess she saw me walking towards the table and left before I got there. This person has absolutely no manners. Of course there are rules to enforce but not like this. The experience was so bad another server came up to us and apologized for the way this staff member talked to my mother. She was upset. Almost ruined our lunch that day. Had to get a slice of coconut-lemon cake to mix in some sweetness to this sour encounter with someone that clearly doesn't know how to treat customers.Parking: It's a busy mall, but even with Christmas shopping you can find a stop very close to Nordstrom.

Cashier and waiter lack customer service and basic communication skills. Food was mediocre and definitely not worth the price, 58$ for 2 entrees and drinks. Also noticed the couple behind us also complain to the manager and all he said was "i'm sorry i'll talk to him". Eesh, not as good as it used to be so we will not be coming here again.

The food was really good until we found a bug in our filet. When we brought up all they did was offer us free salad next time we came in. There won’t be a next time.

I've been coming here on and off for years. Today I tried something I hadn't had before-the Santa Fe Chicken sandwich. I opted for chips instead of a salad. It was ok. I also got the mushroom ravioli (my fave) to go. The ravioli was delicious as always. I like the eco friendly to-go packaging. I also got the chocolate brownie sundae. The brownie was a bit hard and dry. Service was good. I believe her name was Monica. All in all a solid place that is pretty consistent.

Usually I am quite pleased about eating here however today I brought my daughter who was visiting me. We had lunch ...my cup of soup and my cilantro lime salad was wonderful. My daughter Kim had the French dip and it was a disappointment. Lots os gristle and fat in with the rest of the meat. I apologized to her but would appreciate if you could up your game please.
