Sobrang wlang kwenta ung branch sa fishermall, pg nag last order cla make it sure if mg take out kyo sbhn nyo agad if not iuuwi nyo prang kanin baboy ung takeout haha! Kudos sa Security guard sa supermarket nkahingi kmi ng plastic. Isa pa ang tabang lhat kht my sauce na, waste of money! 🤬

Disappointed with the customer service at Muragame Udon in SM City Cebu.The staff doesn’t know how to treat customers properly and seems disrespectful. Hope they improve.

We dined at their SM North Edsa branch. Good food. 👌 Crews were accommodating. 💯

Very disapointed in your San Ramon California location. The manager kicked my autistic child out of a table when I was 30 seconds from paying for our food. There were other open tables and his rationale was that we did not have food in hand and we can look for a table when I walk over with the order. The staff need to be better trained and I am in awe of the behavior and lack of tolerance for the special needs.

Super sikip nagpapapasok pa rin sila sa SM Sta Mesa Branch na halos magkahalikan at magkapalitan na ng laway ang mga tao. Hindi ako sanay sa ganitong service lalo na Japanese restaurant pa man din.

This restaurant used to have good serving. I ordered Beef Ontama Bukkake Udon large and paid P290. But the serving of meat is just sad and measly.

Branch: Mall of Asia My experience happened with my girlfriend September 21, 2024. We were travelling manila that time to get tickets for her oath taking happening in PICC. Things got a little bad that time since my GF didnt get the ticket and need to wait until next week to get the ticket. FF to MOA, we are just sight seeing the mall and stores since it was our first time and we eat at Marugame since we are also eating at their branch in SM Clark which is good. FF at the counter, there is only one cashier present that time to take the payments. I was so exhausted that time and just wanna enjoy the food and sit however I dont know for what reason they are having problem taking the payment on one of the customer via g cash. We already waited too long for that one transaction and after that we are advised to wait again for another 5 minutes and get out of the counter and go somewhere else. I was so exhausted that time and the lady beside heard her saying that the food is already getting cold which is truly happening. I hope this issue will not happen to other customer. I will be completely honest I am a person with long long patience and I truly understand their work but please always put first the convenience of your customer is sometimes it means as a customer service, you need to put your convenience aside.

Branch: SM Sto. Tomas This is one of our favorite go-to restos but it was our first time to eat at this branch and we ordered two sets of Beef Ontama Bukkake Udon - VERY BLAND vs the taste we are used to in Glorietta Branch. To add, tempura sauce wasn’t available which made our meal worse. Plus the meat had small serving, was fatty and full of tendon while tempura was very oily. Hope the staff asks their customers more for feedback. One our part, we even asked one of the crew about it and said that there was no problem in terms of the udon broth. NOT RECOMMENDED, DISAPPOINTING 👎

When I left my parking ticket in the restaurant around closing, the staff looked in the trash to help me find it. Very kind. Also the food was great. My friend wished some of the music matched the culture of the food which is why I gave a 4 for atmosphere. Otherwise the vibes were good ?

A good udon spot with reasonable prices, but not ideal for long chats. The waiter will clear your table as soon as they think you're done and expect you to leave once you finish your meal.

Quality service and freshly made food that can’t be beat! I got their Nikutama udon and loved the sweetness and savoriness of the broth. Noodles were tender but chewy and the beef was delicious. You might have to wait a bit on the weekends since it can get quite crowded
