We just made pasta from scratch in a class with Francesco from Genoa. He’s local now and such a great teacher! Now I’m enjoying some appetizers with caprese, fresh salad, ricotta, and olives while waiting for the pasta to come out with homemade bolognese sauce. So good!

We attended the make your own pasta class for a bachelorette party activity and we had the best time! It was so much fun and we had a great private room for our group of 9. Making the pasta was interactive, simple to learn and we all left with new skills. The appetizers and desserts were so beautifully presented and delicious. Everyone’s pasta dishes came out great. Highly recommend this class for a group activity with friends!

My husband and I attended a pasta class here and it was one of my favorite date nights we have ever had! Every course was delicious, and Mina was amazing. 10/10 would recommend and do over and over again!
