Every single veg fest that Maya's is in attendance.. I will be driving to it, and whenever I'm in SD.. it's mandated to pick some up.
Maya's bakes the very best cookies ever.. this isn't a lie. I dream about her cookies when I'm away from them... every single flavor is a HIT.
The birthday cake is my favorite and the marbles.. whenever they have the ube cookies.. HONEY, it's OVER.. they are the best cookies in existence.
Not to mention... Maya is a complete angel, she's the nicest business owner I've met in many years. I am just so happy to support them and wish I lived next door to them, but I guess it's better for me, haha.

I heard of Maya's cookies from a friend before but had never had the chance to try them. Fortunateley they were one of the vendors in the North Park winter fair. First of all, let me start by saying that customer service was excellent, the young man even gave us a free cookie to try which was such a nice gesture. Now, let's talk about the cookies. We ordered the cinnamon, the red velvet and the chocolate peppermint. All cookies are big and heavy and are totally worth the price which is $5 per cookie. They taste like a proper cookie should taste. Most importantly they taste like the advertised flavor. The cinnamon cookie tasted like cinnamon, it was also stuffed with pecans. The red velvet had that nice chocolate flavor without it being overwhelming or it turning into a plain chocolate cookie, it tasted like red velvet should. Lastly, the peppermint chocolate cookie was well balanced which is hard to do anytime you add peppermint to anything. Surprisingly, none of the cookies were overwhelmingly sweet which is not a small feat. I can't wait to try more of their cookie flavors. They are truly excellent, chewy, yummy tasting cookies.

This was my first time having these and they're some of the best treats I've ever had. The chai snickerdoodle, drunken grandma, and s'mores cookies were all fabulous.
Me and my family love this place. We have been enjoying Maya's for years. The ice cream and cookies are amazing, and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. They seem happy to work there, and it's rare these days to find employees so pleasant.

My favorite cookies ever, vegan or not! In addition to the amazing cookies that have rotating seasonal flavors, they have cookie dough in the fridge (to bake at home!!) and phenomenal vegan soft serve. I still dream of the ube soft serve.
Also there are wheat free cookie options for people who need that.

I struggle to find words to describe how amazing these cookies are. They say you're always chasing that first high. Not with these cookies. Every time I get them it's an out of this world experience. My sister, sister in law and I will eat a dozen in two days if we're not careful 🙃 The staff is always so amazing and friendly. Thank you Maya and co. For crafting such exquisite desserts! I would also like to add, my first experience with these cookies. I placed an online order in 2019ish. The cookies traveled across the US and were still perfection.
