Don’t expect to use the McDonald’s app if you come to this location. Without fail, they will tell you your code is invalid, and they refuse to honor the deal.

They forgot to give me half of my order. I went inside with my receipt to ask for the items I paid for, and instead of fixing their mistake, the employees accused me of “having the rest in my car” and trying to get free food.
Why would I waste my time going back inside if I already had it? Instead of providing basic customer service or even checking the cameras, they argued with me like I was lying. Completely unprofessional, rude, and honestly embarrassing on their part.
If you come here, double-check your bags because they clearly don’t.

I've never been to a McDonald's that charges extra for more than one dipping sauce. $.35 per sauce is ridiculous considering it's a multi-million company and it is not going to make them go into debt to give the customers what they request. Plus my medium fries had the amount of a small. Worst location. Greedy.

The customer service was terrible, and the manager had such an attitude. I literally tapped my phone twice to pay, and she still acted annoyed. She didn’t even give me napkins or any ketchup for my fries. The fries were also soggy and cold.
This guy ignored me and 2 customers for 10 minutes while we stood at the register waiting for our orders to be taken. Not one employee even make eye contact with me. @2pm on a Sunday. I just walked out i can get lunch at Costco. HIRE more people, bad management. Worst location I have been to in Southern California by far. This is only time EVER in my life I walked out of a fast food restaurant. Pathetic.

First off, HORRIBLE service. They don’t even deserve the star. I made a google account just to leave this review. Terrible wait anytime you try to go there, expect to wait 30min or more. What is the point of a pick up option if you’re made to wait before every single drive through order? I placed a mobile order at 10pm & did not walk out with my food until 11pm. Absurd. Absolutely no reason for this long of a wait. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I watched several people walk in after me to order food & STILL got out before me. Avoid this place. Clearly has a lack of any sort of management & actual work ethic. Save yourself the headache & go to the Mission Gorge location since convenience & customer service seem to be the last thing on this location’s mind. I don’t care if you’re tired of working in fast food perhaps don’t work in it if you’re not cut out for the bare minimum of interactions. Rude employees consistently. Listen to the reviews yall

I eat here often it's one of my go to McDonald's. Everytime I eat here my food is fresh, service is fast and the staff are friendly. Some of the esthetics can be worked on for sure like the menu board at the drive thru but other than that this McDonald's is one of my favorites.

I’m so disappointed. I just ordered thru the app for curb side pickup. My fries cold and old, the chicken nuggets not even warm, I was also missing 2 burgers and even if you try to call the store the number doesn’t go through. I’ll never come back to this location! Horrible food
