I ordered 22 dollars worth of food on this visit, including chicken strips, and when I asked supervisor (Teresa) for extra sauce, she declined and said she needed to charge extra. I spoke to the manager (Jennifer), she told me the same. Jennifer said the owner has them charge extra for sauces unless you order chicken nuggets. Jennifer never tried to do a service recovery at all after hearing my concerns. I am very disappointed with the McDonald's approach of charging extra money for sauce. I spend a lot of money with McDonald's, and yet I feel not valued at all as a customer. I may have to reconsider going to McDonald's next time and eat in another restaurant. On top of being too expensive now, service is terrible and now charges more for sauce. Ridiculous!

For some weird reason they refuse to give a water cup, even though I purchased a meal. The staff is very rude and often will get your order wrong. Management really needs to focus on retraining the staff and monitor them closely because it’s getting out of hand.

I ordered GrubHub delivery and firstly, when it arrived, my order was missing an order of 10pc McNuggets. Cool ok whatever, I got a refund thru the GrubHub app. But as soon as I was going to finish my burger, I felt a hair near my bite. I found this black hair in my burger (mind you I have dirty blonde, long hair). This was absolutely disgusting and I will not be ordering from them. Missing item AND a hair in my food. NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

This place got my order wrong two days in a row. After finding out they got my order wrong when I got home. I went back the next day to inform them for them to only tell me that I should of went back the same day. So I ordered that same order as I was still craving the same meal. I told them to make sure it was correct. They assured me and when I got back home I couldn't believe it. It was wring again! Unbelievable! This time I drove back and the lady at the register said it was not her fault but the workers in the kitchen. I asked if they would be willing to accommodate me in any way due to my inconvenience they said they would not. So I am here leaving this review. Frustrating!

This place is not customer service friendly, telling customers with money you have to order at kiosk or wait till someone is available to take your order is unprofessional, some people prefer interaction with another human being.
