They repeatedly screw up your drive through order. I guess either they assume that you'll be miles away when you figure it out and won't come back or it's their way of saving money on every order by not giving you what you ordered and paid for. Poor business ethics. Three strikes you're out! Never going back to this store.

I ordered delivery via Grubhub of a Deluxe Breakfast and an Iced Mocha without ice, the lid of the iced mocha was, for reasons I cannot fathom, the same lid they use for shakes they serve in-house. meaning the lid was completely open and in transit the contents of this mocha spilled all over the interior of the bag, almost entirely ruining pretty much everything else inside the bag. There was no sticker on the lid that could even have attempted to keep the contents of this mocha inside the cup. I am incredibly curious what the thought process was, maybe they were out of the specific plastic lid required to seal the container? Maybe the person who made the mocha just didn't care? I have no idea. I managed to get a refund from Grubhub, but I write this review in hopes their manager, franchisee, or whoever else sees it and works to remedy the issue on their end because something, somewhere went wrong and I feel it only fair they be made aware of the error to correct it.

Horrible customer service. I was here on Thursday at 8:50am and stood there for over five mins without anyone saying one word. A heavy set, middle-aged lady walked by me several times and made eye contact and nothing. Horrible customer service. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

To be honest with you when I came to the USA 6 years ago, I was very disappointed in McDonald’s in general: food quality, customer service, cleanliness but when I moved to the Mission Valley in San Diego I gave it another chance and I would say this is the best McDonald’s location, staff is very friendly and professional, especially I would like to thank Evelyn and Caesar. They are above and beyond!!! The way they treat me every time is fantastic! It is very clean in the restaurant every time I come there, food quality is very good. I highly recommend this McDonald’s!

Nice enough restaurant an location, but this always spend time waiting to get waited on and getting your food. They need more employees at this location, they take their time even acknowledging your presence. Better fast-food restaurants to go to when you're in a time crunch.
