This location is a hit or miss. Especially it being near the Costco gas station. The line to get in can be long... unless you go through the Costco loading side. The drive thru line in the mornings can be long as well but the staff is trying to make it a fast drive thru. I have never been inside this McDonald's. I always order at the drive thru. Friendly staff I encounter. You have to ask for condiments because they don't give it to you unless you ask.

When you go into any service job a certain professionalism should be displayed. Didn't see that till after my meal was served.
Every time we go to this McDonald's, something is always wrong withy order or employees are rude. Today was missing food and a mcchicken that was asked to be plain had ketchup and lettuce. Last time was was no cheese on the cheeseburger and staff told my daughter she couldn't have any no refills on her drink. Even though they hadn't been there long. Awful service. I already have to get a Lyft for my daughter to go get food for all of us. So I couldn't go back and have them correct it. So I tried to call them and no working number. I can't believe they don't even have a working business line. So unprofessional.

Went here the morning that hurricane Hillary laid waste to San Diego. The folks working here were fast, polite, and provided some great food to weather the storm. It’s not the closest McDonald’s for where I live, but always worth the drive for the better service.
