Despite your advertised claim of being open 24 hours, as indicated on Google Maps, I found the drive-through unattended at 11:00 PM. I waited for approximately 15 minutes without any acknowledgment or service.
This inconsistency between your stated hours and actual service availability is unacceptable. Please ensure that your staff are present during all advertised hours or by updating your operating times. This is unacceptable.

I don't get it. I went in here to get a job. Manager said I was hired, and I would get a link to fill out some stuff on my phone and orientation would be today. I recieved nothing? She's dodging my calls. I've called like 15 times, and now I am blocked?? Why? What did I do?? At least tell me what I did wrong? Maybe she thought I didn't have a car because I walked off to go walk to wendys to get food? I do have a car. My fiance just dropped me off because he had an appointment that morning. He came to pick me back up at wendys... maybe it's because I told her where I lived? Maybe she called the apartment complex and asked if I lived there? They are going to say no because I plainly stated I am STAYING WITH MY FIANCES COUSIN. my name wouldn't be on the lease. I just moved into there. Idk what else it could be?? I'm blocked from even calling the store, when the last thing out of her mouth was "your hired" I left and that was it. What did I do wrong? She could at least freaking TELL ME. It HAS to be discrimination related because why else would she not tell me WHY. Maybe she hates white people? I can't think of any other reason. I have lots of experience in fast food. And a great personality. Her loss i guess.... Eva you could at least respond to me. This is ridiculous

I recently visited McDonald’s Restaurant #3813 at 6326 Mission George Road for breakfast with my son, and we had a great time. A few hours later, I realized I had left my wallet behind. I rushed back to the restaurant and spoke with Ms. Eva, who was incredibly professional and helpful. After verifying my identity, she quickly retrieved my wallet. I am beyond grateful for the honesty and outstanding service provided by her and the team. Their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. Thank you, Ms. Eva, and the entire staff—great work!
