The worker was beyond rude for absolutely no reason. She was rude the second we began to order at the drive-thru despite her having a muffled microphone. Then at the window she was so rude and had a horrible attitude. We were still nice and friendly to her and she didn’t reciprocate it at all, like sorry you chose to do this job have better attitude.
Definitely, if you get drive through service, check your bag! They forgot the MacChicken and the ketchup I ordered. The guy at the window gave me the two ketchup packets I requested through the app. But I didn’t check the bag well, as I arrived home I also noticed the MacChicken was missing. How can they screw up two items?

Was told by a young lady at 9:30pm at the drive thrue on 7/12/25 I couldn't use my app discount because of a item I purchased would allow it when I drive off I looked over the app and the discount and it said it I did in fact work with all of my items she didn't even try

Foods fine if you can get it. Do not trust McDelivery. There is no way to know if your order is correct. The driver grabs and leaves. 3 for 3 on receiving incorrect order.
