Don't order here the wait is about 2 hours they don't communicate with your and they just stair at you it's very sad that this location also has had several complaints for the wait. Definitely needs new management. I ordered for grubhub once and they took 2 hours for a sandwich chicken sandwich and drink.

I swear during a rush they only come out with half the orders like when i’m ordering something half the time they won’t even make it and make me stand in a crowd for 30 minutes only to say that the order was canceled automatically by the system.

Fix your monitor displaying orders already it feels like it's been months. I'm sick of being left in the dark on my order and dont want to bother one of the three employees neck deep in orders. This place sucks.

Please order thru our kiosks or mobile app. All the kiosks are closed, while there are registers at the counter. Food took 20 minutes

Doesn't feel like they want you in there. Strange layout, complicated kiosks, incredibly slow service. People after me got food before and left, that's like fast food sacrilege!
Jack in the Box around the corner is far more reliable and way faster. You just can't rely on this location to get you your Big Mac in under 20 min. Funny thing is they weren't that busy...
There are better McDonald's, skip this one of you aren't an SDSU student.

I know this is not a nice restaurant but you would expect fast food to be at least fast. After ordering on the app and waiting 20 mins outside for my food to be brought out, I decided to head in. A line to the door with no one being helped. Employees sitting in the back chit chatting not paying attention to a single customer. This was wild! I had to get one of the employees attention to get help and finally get my food. Pick any other McDonald’s.
