On August 2nd, 2025, I ordered online via McDonald app and came to pickup. I got the order#, so I showed it to the girl at the front. I was shocked when she told me that wasn’t the order number and I needed to hit the “I am here”. I went back to the app trying to look for that message, but it was gone. That girl left me and my kid there and ignored us completely. I waited for a long time and my kid started crying. I had to re-order again the same thing via app and the app charged me again meaning I paid double. I reported it to McDonald care and they told me they contacted this McDonald store and requested for a refund. However, it has been three weeks NOBODY contacted me or no refund. This is bad and unfair to me. They don’t care at all. I won’t go here anymore and advise customers don’t go there because they act as if people bother them and they don’t care about your kids.

Excellent perfect service! Couldn’t have asked for more perfect service from the team of employees. You can tell the employees really care Dinged because they couldn’t give me any condiments. Their owner makes them charge for even one condiment, and I would have had to get back in line to pay them again. Some sketchy mcdonaldses around here have scammer employees trying to charge $4-5 per sauce, but these guys seemed nice and genuinely apologetic, said the rule was dumb and they wished they were allowed to give condiments. My order was correct, no issues besides the stingy owner

How can you guys have a McDonalds inside of a supermarket Walmart , I can’t even have a nice decent lunch when I ask for a fork ? 25 cents. Ridiculous!!!!! I will never ever get lunch here again of a mother of 6 kids !!!!!! Also the manger is horrible with her customer service!!!!!!!!
