Horrible spot, WORST MCDONALD'S I've visited. Since you walk in you can see it's really dirty, every table was sticky and dirtyđ€ź, floors too, soda machine was broken, the play place is literally a tiny slide, nothing much for kids to entertain itself. McDonald's is SO expensive now and I can't believe that's how they have their places. I don't think it's worth taking kids anymore.

Came here with my kids, at lunch time. They ate and played in the play area. The touch screens for the older kids to play on did not work. We informed an employee, which she asked the manager. The manager said they have never worked. If that is the case why do they still have them?

This location makes others look horrible. Thanks to all the employees that work here, appreciate yall. I switched the pick up location on my app from the McDonaldâs on plaza to this one on paradise valley rd. & I have not had 1 issue. My food is hot, the employees are super nice & helpful, & my orders r always correct. I canât say the same for the plaza location, I donât recommend that one at all.

HE didn't think it was all that. But it's McDs. It's not like your going to an expensive ice cream shot.
No straw, no ketchup for the meal. They even fooled me with the money. I swear no more this store. The worst employee

App didnât work well for my order. Sat at curbside pickup for over 15 mins while app displayed âyour order is almost readyâ. I was unable to input my curbside #. Anything over 5-10 mins is too long for fast food.

Probably the worst McDonalds in San Diego. Iâve ordered from here multiple times expecting them to do better but I could never have been more wrong. Every single order we have ever made in the last two years has been entirely wrong or missing items. The staff is never helpful and will argue with you if you try and ask to refund the items they never even gave you. The staff make it clear that they couldnât care less about the job and/or clearly high on something as they seem to be completely oblivious on what theyâre doing. The food is no better either, bland burgers, raw and gooey nuggets, soggy and tasteless fries, flat sodas, iâve seen it all. If you really want McDonalds, do yourself a favor and drive a few extra minutes to another location.
