Had to walk through the homeless camp to get into the store. Ordered on the app and paid $3.19 for a large Diet Coke (it’s $1.29 in AZ). The sausage McMuffins were decent, the hash brown sucked. It was cold and tasted like it was made a while ago. The Diet Coke actually tasted good and I got a plastic straw! Thought those were outlawed in California! Homeless like to get a coffee and camp inside the store. None of them to seem to bother anyone though, so just a 3 from me.
I go here a lot. If you order to eat in, or pick up, they take forever. If you order curbside they're pretty quick. If you go Drive through, it's not as fast.
Also there's usually some less fortunate people in the lobby, but in general they don't bother customers.

I use my McDonald's app for the first time and didn't exactly do things right so the girl at the window helped me, she was nice and patient. After she got my food order taking care of I drove up to the window, picked up my food.Pleased to find that my food was freshly cooked and hot.
