I said good morning with a smile on my way to the register, cashier didn't even bother looking at me or said anything at all. Then their EBT machine was out. This is the 3rd Mcdonalds I've come to in San Diego that has a down EBT machine. How is this even allowed? Do better San Diego.

Went to McDonald’s with my husband and we were helped by a lady named Alisha. Instead of focusing on doing her job, she decided to openly flirt with him. The result? My burger came without the meat. Yup — just lettuce and buns, like some kind of joke. Not sure if she got distracted trying to impress him or what, but the lack of professionalism was unreal. We came to grab a quick meal, not watch a bad soap opera. Terrible service, Alisha. Next time, try paying more attention to the orders and less to other people’s husbands.

Waiting 3 minutes in the drive through, and it’s 22:00 which is not busy hour and no one talk to me, what an amazing service! Will not go back to here anymore

I found bacon in my egg cheese beagle, I'm a Muslim and I don't even eat pork , never ordered bacon , this is ridiculous

The food is very bad and the prices are very high. When I wanted to buy breakfast and tea in the morning, I saw a price of 10 dollars and gave up buying it. Lower the prices.
Small McDonald's but still frequent every now and then. I ordered the breakfast burrito meal, around 12 something with tax. Saddest excuse of a burrito I've ever seen. Regret not paying a bit more for a real burrito. There is hardly anything in the burrito! Coffee is decent though. I'll probably never order this item again. Stick to the deluxe breakfast for less money.

They will not help you out the register unless you wait 10 minutes for someone to decide they want to. Why did I mobile order for it to be kept behind the counter for minutes on end with no one to come or even acknowledge me that it’s mine! I have worked at McDonald’s for over three years it is ridiculous how unattentive the staff is to their customers and they’re still slow at making one burger. As a regular customer I honestly am leaving this review because it genuinely always happens.

I am shocked absolutely shocked at how horrible of a McDonald's this is I mean I know McDonald's is McDonald's but this McDonald's is freaking horrible the front door won't open unless you shove it open yourself it closed on me twice the soda machine is obviously out of order can't imagine why this place is terrible the employees are obviously unhappy and it shows in their performance this McDonald's is a disaster
