I was at the McDonalds on 5920 balboa ave San Diego, CA 92111 when I was assaulted by employee Lemuel. I was told to wait in stall number 2 after ordering and I observed them bring the wrong order to stall number 1 where customer touched the food this order was taken back in by the guy in stall 1 and they immediately brought it back out to me be Lemuel. I then told him I saw that same order touched by the guy in stall number 1 and he said no I just made this hisself. I then told him I wanted a refund and to talk to manager so I followed him back inside I was looking at my phone and following him closely when we entered the side door and suddenly he pushed me. I told him get your hands off me whats waiting with you dont touch me again where he then shoved me. The manager Elizabeth then got the employee and told him he cant do that. The door on side had no signs nor was I TOPPS I couldnt enter that door I was simply following employee that knew I was following him.

I was really confused how to use application for the first time , but the lady with the blonde hair she works here she is really adorable person she helps me and teach me how to order I just wanna say thank you so much for having such great employees like her ❤️❤️🙏

I had a few sips of my medium drink and then it was empty. Turns out they overfilled the ice above the ice line (yellow for medium fountain drinks). Better training?
Of course, the ice cream machine is down most of the time.
I always check my items before leaving because half of the time it's prepared incorrectly or they forget my sauce for the chicken nuggets.
What I dislike is having to move up to the last pickup window because the fries aren't ready. First world problems, I know.
Sign on the door says dining room is open until 10pm. We came at 9:30pm, placed an order and the employees locked the door and wouldn't let us enter. This was half an hour before the dining area was supposed to close. We knocked and begged to be let in. They refused. Staff was VERY RUDE.

Food is always consistent. Customer service was fast/immediate. I’ve been enjoying meals with my children and independently for years. Consistency is always there fries crispy, burgers warm, and they look good but the soda the carbonation mixture with the Coca-Cola amazing.🤩

THEY CLOSE AT 10:45 NOT 12am. they stop answering the drive thru and turn off the sign soo early. their ice cream machine is always good though. also why are yall charging for 0.1oz of sauce 😭. mcd is so penny pinching for that, are you not a multi billion dollar company..?
