Terrible customer service, employe refuse o give me 2 honey mustard’s, she stated that honey mustards are for the nuggets I had to ask for napkins too . Place smells terrible someone needs to audit this place

Both of our burgers were gross and hard, and there was no sauce on the Big Mac. Ordered a quarter pounder without the bun plus extra lettuce and mayo, which I paid more for... it came without mayo, lettuce, pickle, and onions. Literally a plain burger with cheese. Combined with the mediocre patty, I threw half of it away. On the plus side, the fries were hot and fresh!

It is uncomfortable to observe that there are begging people inside the restaurant and drugged. The staff does nothing to get them out of there

The drive through time here is way too long! It’s 7 am and I’ve waited in line what seems like forever for my food. Then my hashbrown was not even fresh

Disappointed with service as I was ordering the person taking the other couldn't hear me but instead I could hear her laugh I requested coffe she didn't even bother asking if I needed sugar or creeme when I got to the register she didn't even give me the receipt and she maked me wait for my order until I asked for my order what kind of service is this I'm very disappointed I think before service was better not going back to that location
