This is my favor McDonald in the area. It is so clean from the inside and outside tables to the restroom. Good and very helpful services. Sometime insatiable there for hours to read the news or responding to my emails and they never said anything.

Not the best McD's unfortunately. Long waits, food is often cold, often sold out of common items, speciality coffee not available, and if you order through the app, they will cancel your order without reason when you've ALREADY ARRIVED. (Like at least tell me before I leave) and the last order cancel was 15 before breakfast was over. You do know you're supposed to MAKE breakfast until the cutoff time???....but they were probably running out and just didn't want to make it fresh for the order. Lazy and Horrible. Location is wonderful and the people are friendly.....just the food, quality, the process and availability of items...NOT GREAT. Sad because the location in this plaza is convenient and beautiful.

Horrible experience!!! Used the app deals for $1.69 large fries w/ more order. I still paid almost $20 for 2 large fries, 6 pcs nuggets & cheeseburger. I asked the lady in cashier to look at the fries they gave me, 1 looked like Large & the other 1 is more like a Medium, you can’t even see the fries when you make the holder stand. Then she said, I wasn’t supposed to make it stand, she even said that their branch is losing money so they can’t make it full. In my mind, what’s the whole point of these app deals then? To deceive the customers??? After a long argument, she gave me another small fries. Then I went to our table I found out they only gave me 4 pcs of nuggets instead of 6. As I approached the counter, I heard the same lady saying rude things about me to the rest of the crew. She was talking in their native language which I happen to understand. I confronted her & told her that she was being rude & her behavior was extremely unprofessional! She tried to answer back but I pointed out how poor their service was. She then apologized but in a very condescending way … On my way out, some customers were convincing me to file a formal complaint so the staff will learn their lesson. BEWARE OF THIS BRANCH! They rip you off and they won’t even hide it!
Absolutely horrible.Literally $9 for a cold hamburger and a half filled Sunday cup that they refused to actually fill. I'll never be back.

It's an above average McDonald's. Never had any complaints. Sometimes the fries are fresh sometimes they're okay. Only time I waited in the drive thru forever was because of a customer ordered more food at the pay window. Other than that it's an above average Fast Food McDonald's, and you get what you order.

This Macdonald brabch service is good and fast. Crews are kind. Taste and freshness are the best among New York, DC, Hawaii, Las Vegas, etc. Like other Macdonald, sometimes cleaning is needed more after guests leave the table.
