This is my neighborhood location. Every time we go, service is never friendly and they usually get my to-go order wrong. However, today’s order just shocked me! I ordered 2 large fries, one was a third full and the other was barely half full! Shame on you, McDonald’s!

I go here 2/3 times a month mostly for their sweet tea before my night shift - the ladies are very sweet but this one woman is always rude to me and talk shit in Spanish thinking I don’t know what she is saying , well this evening I gave her my card and it declined so I pulled out my other card before I could hand it ti her she has a stink attitude and talking in Spanish to the other lady that I tried to drive off- I said “excuse me!? You think I don’t understand you (I am Spanish / white looking ) but I do, why would you say I’m trying to not pay for a tea when I have my other card right here handing it to you but you too busy not paying attention” I won’t come here again.

Go to this location for a iced coffee and mcmuffin. Only they say we don't serve iced coffee so early in the morning (9am). 1. Either lazy employees or 2 the machine is broken just tell me the truth I'm guessing they are just lazy as someone wouldn't lie and say they dont serve iced coffee at 9am when I have been here before and got my iced coffee. The employee just has to push 3 buttons for the coffee yet gets paid now a super high minimum wage. This mcdonalds is bizarre. I will never come here again to many times these lies happen. Mcdonalds please go to a fully robot restaurant already.

Every order is wrong or is missing food. Then the restaurant wants me to drive back there to get the food or the refund. If I paid on the app, why can't they refund me that way? Plus how does two trips for fast food make sense? Aggravating management and poor service. I'll give my business to In-N-Out.

Thank you McDonald's for this location, my son always has fries and a lemonade, at various locations. That being said the fries are usually luke warm if were lucky or they are out of lemonade.. this location however had hot fries and the lemonade on Thanksgiving. So thank you, the playground is a plus and it's overall pretty clean.
