4 stars on service because I'm still adapting to not having a cashier take my order.
I pay for sauces and I either getting nothing or the wrong sauce
Food $ is more than is worth
They have a big indoor playground here so it's a fun spot to go for a quick lunch and to let my 9 year old run off some energy.
Staff is super slow

The manager (white Hispanic female with white sweater black horizontal stripes) was really rude yelling at an elderly Asian male caregiver and his group of Down's syndrome adults. It was fairly obvious that both parties' did not speak English as a first language as they switched to Spanish in between serving customers.
Whether it was a language barrier (Mexican vs Asian) and understanding each other's thick English accent, yelling louder and repeating what you said and mispronounced in your imperfect English isn't going to help anyone understand better.
The menu items are posted on the screen behind you to resort to pointing to identify the menu item then using hand gestures to represent a large, medium, small drink or sides.
It was in bad taste to repeatedly yell at a group of adults that clearly have Down's Syndrome and are unable to communicate clearly but hand gestures and pointing have personally helped me communicate effectively with people that have zero knowledge of English.
it's not the general public's fault that fast food restaurants are rated systematically by their drive thru dwell time based upon sensors for cars, walk in customers shouldn't be rushed or pressured it this manager was more worried about her drive thru times being quick for their regional manager

Very disappointed, no senior drink discount. Drink machines in dinning area no longer work. I use to enjoy coming here, not any more!

Alejandra was extremely rude when I pointed out that the order I had was incorrect. I had told her that the drive through gave me the wrong item and put it in incorrectly and she had a rude tone with me acting like she couldn't help me. When I pointed out that it's not my fault that they got it wrong and that I would like to recieve the correct item she acted like that couldn't be done. When I asked what her name was then she wanted to do what I asked but I was already leaving, upset.
I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits. They gave me sausage and egg biscuits. And easy fix she wouldn't fix.

This is my go-to McDonald's in the mornings the staff are super friendly and a good majority of the time the staff already knows it's me soon as I start to place my order. That is what I call customer service going above and beyond.

Service was great, but the food is not up to par! I ordered a filet-o-fish and there was a nickel size amount of tarter sauce. I took a picture. Make it make sense! This was the last straw with fast food, no more McDonald's for me. You charge more and give less. I'm done!
