I clearly saw a black women and me made to wait while the order was easy to prepare and they gave to others . Over $27 for an 8 piece nugget, 2 small cheeseburgers, 2 large fries, and 2 large sweet teas? This same meal is $14 in Georgia. That's what we get for $20 California min wage and 8.75% sales tax in the Indio area.Absolutely no taste to the burgers. Nuggets tasted like old frying oil, chewy, and not crispy at all....Gross!Fries were your typical McD's, which were fine.Why do people even bother going to McDonalds anymore?

Food was alright, getting service itself kind of sucks nowadays. I feel like all the McDonald's locations want you to order your food through the touch screen and you can't get a live body to help you. Sometimes there are more complicated orders you can't easily get done by yourself. On top of not being helped, they started charging a lot more for their fast food. ?

Everything and I mean EVERYTHING is kept behind the counter where you have to bother someone for it, and they are stingy with it. Napkins, condiments, straws, salt and pepper, all the things normal people want with their meal.They hand you your food with one napkin and walk away. Then you wait for them to come back where you can flag them down, and you ask for what you need, and they will hand you ONE of that thing. Then you have to tell them no, I mean more than that. Then maybe you will get a normal amount.You have to play this stupid charade with any employee on any visit, so it is not just one guy doing it - clearly they are all trained to act this way. This is the only McDonald's I have ever seen take it that far. No paper towels at all in the bathrooms, only air blowers. Well what if you need to wash off your face, ever think of that? Stupid. Is the owner an overboard eco-warrior, or just super cheap? Either way, McDonald's in general has become an expensive ripoff, so you'd think at least they'd try not to also make things a pain in the neck for the customers. Apparently too much to ask.
