If you don't believe me, I can show you the dashcam footage of him aggressively whining like a 12 year old at me. McDonald's has become a joke in the past year. Have a sign in window that the dining area opens at 5:00 AM but was rudely told it was closed at 5:15 AM
out of ice cream AGAIN. Tried two locations on my way home. Both said the ice machine was broken. Tired of this nonsense. don't offer ice cream if you can't serve it.

Waited in the drive thru for a while. Nobody asked me if I wanted any sauces. Nobody apologized for the wait. I paid 20$ for a double quarter pounder meal and a double cheeseburger and I cant even get a single bbq sauce pack as I am trying to leave. They want to perform a second transaction of 38cents for a single sauce to go with my fries. Guy in the window was a young man with glasses. Extremely rude.

I tried the chicken wraps and a 2 cheeseburger meal. I went with the drive thru and service was fast as their was two drive up spaces and no waiting (Saturday at 6:30 pm) not sure how busy during the weekday. I asked to modify the condiments on the cheeseburgers, and the order was repeated back to me perfectly. The Agent at the drive thru was very friendly, even when answering my question I had on the wraps and modifying the cheeseburgers. The entire process (from order to receiving my food), seriously took less than 5 minutes. Food was prepared exactly to order and all items were ready when I got to the pick up window after paying. The drink was first item I received and was very cold and not leaking. All hot foods were freshly made and definitely had not sat under a heat lamp. This was my first visit to this McDonalds and I will definitely be coming back.
