Whoever bought this McDonald’s franchise is a greedy, penny pinching person. They aren’t even giving employees their meal anymore and charging for dipping sauces now. How broke are you that you need to be so petty.

I ordered through the app and got the 5$ meal deal which includes 4 chicken nuggets, a small fry and a chicken sandwich with a small drink. I didn’t get any chicken nuggets. They put melted cheese instead.

So they have a sign that says they charge $.35 cents per sauce now. That’s ridiculous in itself, but whatever. Apparently tariffs on sauce too now. But then they make a big deal out of how many sauce you can get: 1 per four piece nugget, whatever. So I follow the rules, request 4 different sauces, 2 per each item (10 piece nugget and a burger) they only put one honey mustard in there. So now I’m mad bc I can’t have the sauce I want and I have to eat dry nuggets because one sauce is enough for like 4 nuggets and then it runs out despite following their asinine rule on sauce tariffs. If you’re going to make a dumb rule at least follow it and give customers the meager portions they’re paying for. Also my nuggets were old and soggy and the burger was cold.

I went today around 3 and I ordered a happy meal and extra 4 piece, chicken nuggets, but only received one sauce due to the fact that they are charging for extra which I totally understand but what am I supposed to tell my kid that she didn’t get her barbecue sauce because her brother got buffalo got his 4 chicken nuggets, even though it’s specifically says if you buy four chicken nuggets, you get one sauce the happy meal should’ve also came with a sauce too

I told her two times loud and clear I want number 3 plain. I got everything on it. The fries was garbage too stale as if it was left out for a day. I don't expect much from McDonald's but this is something.

No complaints about the staff, they are great. Apparently there is a new owner and when I ordered thru the app as I do every Friday, I was no longer able to choose the extra side in the Happy Meals, it is set to apple slices. My grandchildren have always chosen extra fries up until last night, when they no longer had the option to choose. They have lots of fruit at home on a daily basis, but Friday is a special treat and I didn’t appreciate the changes implemented by the new owner. Also, after spending $54.14 even after the 20% discount in the app we still paid extra for condiments. I have always loved the RB location, mainly because of the staff, who by now know me. Last night I didn’t see the usual staff, not sure if there have been changes in regard to that also. Might be time to use one of the many other choice of locations. Very disappointed with the changes implemented by this new owner.

We haven't been to a McDonald's in a while, just decided to swing by. We were told about a deal where he can get two double cheeseburgers and a small fry, which was supposed to be an additional dollar charge is what we were told. After adjusting a few things, I didn't realize that our bill went up $12. I look at the receipt and I was charged $3 something for the small fry which was stale and lacked salt. Wasn't a great revisit to the establishment. They were also down all soda when we came through.
They’ve made my ice cream wrong every single time I’ve gone besides once. I think it’s pretty coming sense that when someone orders whipped cream on their ice cream it’s not supposed to be mixed into their ice cream.

Ordered pancakes, sausage, black coffee. Price has nearly doubled in 2 years. Now they charged me for a 2nd syrup. All extra condiments now being charged extra. Be careful when you order some extra ketchup. No more McDonald’s for me. We ‘re done.

38 cents for ranch is ridiculous , you should be able to get 1 or 2 sauces for free the purchase of a meal. The lady who handing the food to you has a terrible attitude and needs to find another job since her life is so unhappy. There’s no need to share your misery with customer . Yall lost a customer to NOT GIVE ME 1 ranch because I was 4 cents short is diabolical.
