This (and most) McDonalds always has cold fries. I'm not going off base to get hot ones—I'm just not going to eat McDonalds because they clearly don't care about hiring employees who provide good service for the company's rising prices.

What's worse is that the last Big Mac I ordered didn't have beef patty's in it.

Ice cream machine has been broken for a good while, I understand that maintenance has to be done every now and then but it has been a while since I've seen any shakes there.

Overall: Poor customer service.

I've tried giving this McDonald's a chance since it's one of the few options on base, but my breakfast experiences have been consistently disappointing. Both times I ordered a McMuffin “with sausage”, yes, I reiterated with sausage but I received something different. The first time, it was a McMuffin with both ham and sausage. The second time, it was only ham.

When I tried to correct the order at the drive-through, the employee refused to remake it without charging me for a new order. The employee's demeanor was unwelcoming and uncommunicative. There was no order verification, leading to further errors. I honestly feel that this could’ve been avoided if the employee had read back to me and confirmed “with sausage”, but I’ve learned my lesson here at this location.

Each trip costs me around $17 (roughly $12 for the combo and $5 for the corrected McMuffin). Due to the consistently incorrect orders and poor customer service, I will not be returning to this location.

You know what you’re getting when you go to McDonald’s no surprise on the food. The unfortunate event when you have to use the restroom it looks like a poop bomb went off.

Ice cream machine is always down during dinner. Either they need to fix it or stop lying because they don’t want to clean it.

Polite staff, quick service

Y'all wait time has been getting out of hand lately. I waited 35 minutes the other day and I was late to duty. Thought it was a one time thing but today again I waited about 20 minutes. Only 2 cars in front of me the whole time.

Gave me 2 sauces for 20 chicken nuggets. Didn’t greet me at the window nor apologize for the wait. I get that we are on a military installation but basic customer service still applies. It’s pretty hit or miss on what days you get the pleasant workers or the ones in a bad mood tbh

This McDonald's might hold the record for a broken ice cream machine. An employee told us it's been broken since September. It's now February. What an absolute joke!!
