Ice cream machine is always down during dinner. Either they need to fix it or stop lying because they don’t want to clean it.
Polite staff, quick service
Y'all wait time has been getting out of hand lately. I waited 35 minutes the other day and I was late to duty. Thought it was a one time thing but today again I waited about 20 minutes. Only 2 cars in front of me the whole time.
Gave me 2 sauces for 20 chicken nuggets. Didn’t greet me at the window nor apologize for the wait. I get that we are on a military installation but basic customer service still applies. It’s pretty hit or miss on what days you get the pleasant workers or the ones in a bad mood tbh
This McDonald's might hold the record for a broken ice cream machine. An employee told us it's been broken since September. It's now February. What an absolute joke!!
Rating for an elder couple, the poor couple couldn't work the touch screens and the staff refused to help them! I talked with the nice woman and bought them lunch through the app. Kindness goes along way.
You have to place your own orders and they do not clean the tables nor keep the ice machine full. Maybe next they want you to work for free and pay for the food.

WOW!! I am so done with mickey d's after it looked like someone busted a load into my burger!!!!! I proceed to eat it but some how it dropped on my poochibinyana and got pregnant!!! Im eating mcdonalds because Jerry left me! Jerry come back I still miss you when you stocked my leg so well at night

Supervisors and employees are taking whole boxes of the collectors cup for themselves leaving none for the customers.When asked about them, they keep making up different excuses. Greedy People. Shame on them !!

Manager was an older Filipina lady. Unhelpful about trading an un open merchandise to trade for another. She said “ You get what you get” Very unprofessional and no customer service, she needs more training on customer service. Disappointed.
