Ordered Door Dash this evening and I was missing a burger and my drink was wrong. Also it shows a 24 hour drive through. Each time I've went shortly after work near 12am there are people inside but nobody ever comes on the speaker to take my order.

Drove through. Said my order number again and again and again. The man always said he don't understand what I mean. After that, a lady took over and handled my menu. I think that man is really bad guy to tease customers.

Man it's been years since I been in the San Diego area but what happened to the coolest McDonald's I ever been to? What happened to the fancy decor and the gelato??Gelato??? Now it's just a basic McDonald's with basic customer service. I say that because they didn't even call my order number even though they claimed to do so. At least they gave me fresh fries with the order but they didn't call out our number at all. I heard every other number but ours. Anyway, just your average McDonald's now.

I’ve heard a lot about McDonald’s changing their prices to compete and offer premium food. However, I recently ordered three chicken sandwiches, and none of them were edible. They were the worst quality chicken I’ve ever tried—tasting more like rubber than anything else. The chicken, were also really small and didn’t even cover half of the bun. It was a waste of money and time. I recommend avoiding this restaurant or, at the very least, steering clear of the chicken sandwich.

Drive Thru Service in this place is very unkind and rude. When I asked some questions about my order. The staff skipped my order turn. And Her attitude is very rude and bad. I was angry and felt unfair.
