Never fails, for years every time I've ordered from here I'm missing items or it's wrong order. Only reason I came is I made the mistake of not changing the address to the other mcdonald's on palm ave in imperial beach. This one sucks.

They remodeled. Squished everything in a lil building and now have kiosks to order your food. Ridiculous. Where's the customer service. I hope this location goes out of business.

They flattened this McDonald's to the ground and rebuilt it. They have a more streamline service. You almost have to use the kiosks and if you eat in they have robots bring you you meal to your table. The fries were crispy and salty.
