horrible HORRIBLE customer service. Came in today to buy some food at the kiosk number one we pressed the button for help. Nobody at all came to show up nobody then we went in line with the receipt to buy our food and we were waiting and waiting in line along with 2 other people and they just never work the registers at all. 1/10 this place sucks

After standing there for several minutes to order. After asking for somebody to help us a woman came behind the counter and started speaking to us in Spanish. She said that we can only order at the Kiosk. I don’t know if she spoke only Spanish and she didn’t understand what I was trying to order. She was very skinny hair pulled back kind of like a rat / Skinny face, Very uncivil.

I placed a mobile order and provided the code at the drive-thru to pick up my order. Despite this, the employee claimed she could not find it. I was left waiting in the drive-thru for nearly 20 minutes, unnecessarily holding up the line. I had to show her my mobile order confirmation before she finally processed my order. This delay and lack of organization were completely unacceptable.

I brought my son to this mc Donald’s and unfortunately I had no money with me but my Cash Aid the cashier today after 3 pm mentioned that my card did not go thru after 3 attempts I asked him to please ask someone else and they said that they do not take this cash card I had money in it and another lady did try on April 08 she mentioned that it was just another option on her machine and it went thru, the cashier asked someone in the kitchen and they said they do not accept that payment it was rude for the cashier requesting other type of payment in front of my mom that had hardly something in her account. Bad customer service.

Do not come at midnight the service was so bad and the fries were so stale the meet was burned we had to go back for our drink because they were chatting and forgot it !!

The new McDonalds experience at this Palm Avenue location is incredible. It’s clean, no register counter, and requires purchase via the app or touchscreen inside. It’s awesome. If you come at the right time at night, a robot brings you your food. Absolutely love it!
