4/26/25 around 7:18 PM check the cameras, we were standing there trying to order, we were the 1st ones in line, we stood there for a while and no one ever acknowledged us, my mom yelled excuse me a couple of times and was ignored, being ignored is never ok, I understand if the staff was busy, but at least acknowledge the customer, let us know that you need a few minutes, we left without ordering.

Was shopping at walmart but stopped at McDonalds to grab lunch for work and I got a quarter ponder deluxe but they gave me a disgusting regular quarter pounder with so much mayo no lettuce no nothing but a tomato and onions ,I was so mad I threw it away should stuck to getting 2 cheese burgers ...Anyway I'm calling the place and I going to complain .I'll never go there again .

One of the worst McDonald's in San Diego. Customer service is horrendous, super long waits, and quality of food is bad...never fresh and received luke warm at best. This is third and last time at this location. All three times....badddddd.

This whole new"" style of McDonald's with just a hole in the wall and Employees come out every once in a while is horrible, not being able to see or speak to no one is beyond welcoming. And this location was extremely dirty.
Food was hot and well done, a bit busy but they get orders out at a decent speed. Manager was nice and friendly when taking my order. Clean environment
