When I saw these signs, I immediately felt sorry for the hardworking folks that are missing a few employees. As I waited patiently for a simple soda and McDoubles, I noticed an employee that appeared to be the manager on her phone chatting away with someone. As time went by we noticed one of the employees preparing the food just cleaning up the work station. She wasn't preparing our burgers just hanging out. There was another employee just wandering through the kitchen doing absolutely nothing. We waited in the dining room for about 20 minutes. I look up at the monitor and see that our number says ready but no food. We wait another five minutes and a patron walks in. The manager finally is off her phone and decides that she will help take his order at the register. The monitor states that our order is ready yet nothing. I inch closer away from their clean and empty dining area to in front of the pick up. The manager finally decides that she will get our order ready even though the monitor had said it was ready 5 minutes ago. It was a long wait for something that shouldn't have taken so long. Now that I look back on this sign. Yes they may be short staffed but their sense of urgency is lacking and the manager acted unprofessionally. I feel bad that they are short staffed but that doesn't mean they have to sacrifice service.

McDonald's always a classic but hate when the shake machine is broken plus the DP was flat I do not suggest no back to it plus taste was off.. Def would skip n go for the taco on the other side of the parking lot...

Very clean location. The only reason I scored the food at a 3 is because I made the mistake of ordering a McRib. While I love them, they don't love me. I know this and hadn't had one in years but decided to try anyhow. Same reaction, done with this wonderful treat. Getting old sucks!

Less than one star for THIS location. To start they "had no ice cream" but offered shakes instead .. ! (Is this branch using the unhealthy POWDERED milk shake substitute??) We then ordered one small strawberry shake and two small mocha frappe drinks. Total came to $15 !!! When at the 1st window I questioned the seemingly excessive price and was told "the owner of this particular location sets his prices much higher than many other locations - and even suggested several other McDonalds that "were a lot less expensive" ! Had I not had my disabled 94 yo father in law in the car (he wanted a vanilla ice cream), I would have driven away - but he would have been crushed. As it turned out, his 'Strawberry shake' was soooo bad he wouldn't eat it, and the mocha frappes were watered down and tasteless so we ended up trashing all three drinks !! This Miramar location is DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

With the world moving towards vegetarian and vegan options.. McDonald's remains firm on not keeping any vegetarian option !
Went specifically to this McDonald's for one of my favorites, a strawberry shake. Waited in the car line for about 15-20 minutes, ordered, then waited to get to the window to pay. Once I finally arrived the gal informed me that they didn't have any shakes because the machine was broken. Okay...and why was I allowed to order one in the first place? WHY was i not told while I was ordering that the machine was broken? Gonna go to Jack in the Box from now on as their ice cream machines are never "broken"! ???
