Came here for the Chips Ahoy frappe, I guess they don't sell them anymore. Bummer. Well at least they still have the apple pies right? Nope. A shake? Not even! I had a sweet tooth I couldn't satisfy. I ended up ordering something I didn't even want since I was stuck in the line. But it was the attitude I got from the morning crew that irritated me most. If they don't like their job, hire me McDonald's! I will gladly do what they don't want to do, and with a smile 😊

I order via the app and the cashier (a young boy) didn't know what he was doing. I order two combos with large coffees with sugar and creams and they didn't add it to the coffee. Really bad service

Worst customer service ever I send my order at 10:15 arrived at 10:20 mark my order arrived went inside the restaurant made me mark it at counter it was ready but crew never help had me stand there for like 15 min and when they help they said can’t serve it was past breakfast time no refund on my money and the lady that help was rude

I Ordered 3 large hot coffe for me and co-workers the black coffe was strong bitter and extremely strong. These was no cream available to go and it was terrible experience. Not to mention i rake all my lunch time for pickup the order :/

My friends and I have been starving and this McDonald’s was gonna be our lifeline. The way you left out a nugget and didn’t even deign to give my friend a whole order of nuggets (that’s 11 nuggets jipped). The greed is sickening. Terrible I’ll never come back here

The only reason i came to mcdonald's was a #1 for right under 10 bucks is back up to almost 13 so i won't be coming back. I did really good about boycotting then do to the ridiculously high sit down dinning prices. So it was good while it lasted but back to packing my lunch for work. Come on mcdonald's do better Chipotle is cheaper and way way way better
