Drive thru takes 30 minutes. Never gives me my sauces. Fries literally do not have salt. How do you mess up fast food. Neither fast nor food.

Worst McDonald's experience ever. I ordered on a touchscreen, as there was no cashier present, and I wanted to see my rewards and decide on using them or not. Took a table tent (number) and wanted to use the restroom, but it was blocked off with a backwards trash can, so no restroom for paying customers, yet there was a homeless sleeping right next to it, so clearly not working and affects all customers. Absolutely ridiculous. Then I waited over 20 minutes and my food never came, nor did anyone else's or any employee check the dining room, and when I went to check they just put it in the pickup window. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE TABLE TENTS IF YOU NEVER TAKE IT TO THE TABLES?!?!?!?!?!? Then I had to wait for her to come back because there's no straws, salt, ketchup or napkins anywhere for the customers to get them, and the soda machine counter was covered in soda, as were all trash cans overflowing. This was the most ghetto, unappetizing experience I've ever had in any "fast food" restaurant, and it wasn't even fast at all. I will never ever patronize this location again for the rest of my life and I don't think I'll be visiting any McDonald's for a long time. Whoever is the manager should be ashamed for treating paying customers this way.

They got the best Big Macs in Filet-O-Fish. The french fries are pretty good as long as you eat them first so they don't get cold. Cold McDonald's fries are no good.
The staff at this McDonald's is by far the worst staff of any fast food restaurant I have ever been to. They are lazy, rude and incompetent. There is no reason why an order at a drive through window should take 20 minutes of waiting to be greated, only to be told "Yeah!" "What do you want?" And "Hold on..." when asked if there was anyone there.
Fast forward and 7 years and yup…still the absolute worst. How can something suck so bad for so long.
