My order was completely wrong and I was missing an item from a drive-thru order. Tried to go inside and get my missing item and no one is working the register. Waited 10 mins for someone to come up before I gave up. I also ordered 6 nuggets and they only gave me 5. Honestly, what in the world lol place sucks

They are very inconsistent with communication. I waited in drive thru for about 10 minutes before someone came to the window after I told them I was picking up an online order. Then they forgot a sandwich bc they didn’t tell me they were waiting for them to cook. I went in and they didn’t not tell me anything for another 30 minutes. Their excuse “it takes crispy chicken patties to cook for 7 minutes.

I get not alot of people are up at 3am but for being a 24 hour McDonald's I'd expect someone to answer when someone gets to the drive thru there's been 4 cars waiting over 15minutes.

This is the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The woman working the drive thru second window, wearing a black manager’s shirt, was the rudest worker I’ve ever met. She tried to hand me a medium soda that was only half full through the window. I asked if she could fill it up the rest of the way. She looked upset at me and said she could only give me extra ice. I said that was fine, I just wanted a full cup. She handed it back to me and I drank it. Once the soda was gone I realized she had shoved a large soda lid into my drink. I was not rude, was understanding of her only being able to give me ice, and she still retaliated by doing this. Absolutely unacceptable. I’ve attached photos of the crumpled up lid. Additionally, I asked for a McFlurry, which she did not mix so the toppings were just sitting on the top. I have had several less than stellar experiences at this location, but this was the most egregious. I hope the owner sees this, and I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate.

8/12/25 10 PM The fries and fish sandwich were not hot. The latte was freshly made. There were no napkins in the bag. He gave me two napkins when I asked for them. 😂

Good location with consistently good food, however I've had multiple occasions where there was food items missing and had to either go back through the drive thru/waste time entering the store to ask for the items. Kind staff though!!
