3/17 @3:30pm *Manager (ANH) speaking BADLY about customer not knowing Im standing there* placed a mobile order for 4 cheeseburgers and noticed it ordered at a Mcdonalds out of state. Walked in and asked if theres anything they can do and the manager (Anh) stated there is nothing he can do, and to re-order the food. I said "okay no worries" and I went to go sit down to re-order the food on the app which I sat behind the kiosk. I was able to order the food again on the app. While i was waiting for my food.. i overheard some conversation from the manager Anh to his staff saying "he is holding up my time. Ordering at another mcdonalds in another state. Its common sense, come on! Common sense!" So i walked over and told him "is there a problem with my order? I heard you say its "common sense" so whats the issue?" He then stated to call the number to get a refund. I said, "i re-purchased my food like you said, im not looking for a refund". He said okay, sorry and turned around. Then i walked away and he said "do u have a problem with me?" I said, "no it seems you do because you were talking about me to your staff, so whats the issue" He said nothing and yelled at his staff to make my food and give it to me and walked away. ANH IS RUDE, SPEAKS BADLY ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS.

Always check your order for accuracy , never even attempt to order ice cream. (The machine has been broken for a decade.)

It's on a military base, so I couldn't even get my order. Also, I couldn't use the app to order from a different location, so I lost out on my daily deal

Ordered burger at drive-thru with pickles and onions only and once we checked the burger it was plain. Too late to return.

Drive thru: They forgot to give me my hash brown. It's so irritating because you want to move out of the window quickly but you have to double check your order. You HAVE to. Then you think it's just a hash brown... but the hash brown is more than $2. It all adds up. Why don't they ever accidentally GIVE me a hash brown?

This is a nice McDonald's aboard MCAS Miramar. So you will need base access to get to this location. The location is nice. It has a good drive through that usually runs pretty efficiently. The inside of the restaurant is also quite nice and has been updated. Why only three stars? The quality of the food is not consistent. Sometimes it's exactly the quality you'd expect from McDonald's and other times it's not quite as good. In my experience this typically happens later in the day, but there have been a few occasions where either my burgers were cold, my fries stale, or my mcnuggets are hard and overcooked. It's frustrating when it's late and there's nothing else open and then you go to McDonald's and the quality of the food isn't very good.

Caucasian lady with braces working at 1900 got our drinks and size wrong had an attitude when corrected about it and then proceeded to throw straw in car and laughed and walked away

There's no way you're going to be paying people $20 an hour. I just came from your McDonald's and this is the very crappy experience. Every time I go to one of your restaurants and s**** I have to keep repeating myself to somebody who doesn't speak English very well. Taking my order. Number two I told him seven times. What I wanted to drink and they still got my damn drink wrong. What the hell is really going on here you guys need to get your s*** Together.
