Went later in the evening. Food rang me over $10 for two things that used to be on the value menu. They product also seems to have shrunk in the years since i last ordered it.
Cheap? No. Fresh? No. Affordable? Not really, any small business would get you more quantity for less. Healthy? Also no. Mcdonalds use to be cheap, easy and convenient. Now, it just plain sucks!

Delivery pick up window doesn't work. Can't get employees to acknowledge people waiting outside. They just ignore people until they go to curbside pickup or drive-thru

Night crew absolutely sucks ass. Waited 30 minutes and everybody else is waiting alongside us. As well as the curbside girl being absolutely lifeless. Hire new night crew.

I usually wait for a fresh batch of fries but I was not by myself old and figured I would try to be as time conscious as I could only to receive cold fries.. I took them back and the man manager was happy to replace them for me with a fresh batch. That guy is super amazing. . He was filling orders, barking orders, and answering the phone, all at the same time. Don't know that guys name but he's got his position as manager for a reason. My only suggestion would be to be a bit nicer to your staff. Pump them up try starting the shifts with a pre work informative motivator, I've found that knowing what to expect BEFORE I go into my production period is a lot more helpful than getting it on the spot during my shift. Maybe you've already done that but a little prep goes a long way .. get it?prep?

The where in a rush talking amongst themselves about breaks not really caring for their customers today got a medium fry which was half full which is ridiculous because it's almost $4 for a fry and then they only fill it halfway up because they're so in a hurry to talk to each other instead of caring for their customers usually not disappointed with this location but today very disappointing on how small my medium fry was wasn't even sticking out of the top

This McDonald's is absolutely on point. I have opinions about their food but the kids love it (and will actually eat it) and this place is FANTASTIC. Fast, friendly, and most importantly (and vastly different than many other San Diego locations) they get your order right Every. Single. Time. It's a drive for us to go here but it's worth it to avoid having to go back or go in and get replacement after replacement. We literally went through a solid year of weekly McDonald's orders at other locations that were *ALL* wrong in some way. Switched to this location and the problems went away. Whoever is managing this place is top notch, and everyone here deserves a raise.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. No one said hi, or I’ll be right with you. Staff just walked by me twice. I get it. On line orders are busy. But you’ve forgotten about walk ins. This is NOT the first time this has happened. I just walked out with no acknowledgment. I’m back to Jack in the Box. Bye bye!

The food is good, the staff are nice, and the restaurant is clean. My only downfall to this is the wait time and that, like most Mcdonalds, franchise charge a little more. Always verify your order before leaving.
