Ya know ... What can ya say about Mc Donald's ... It's fast food and not all that great. But if you want a great meal and you have like $40 you want to get rid of .... You are in the right place. I like the mobile ordering. It seems to be relatively comprehensive outside of pickles and onions. If you want to add anything, cost more money ... Including tartar sauce on the fillet of fish which is always skimpy to begin with. But with this particular location, even though I understand that they do a lot of business and clearly this franchise is making a fortune because it has a built-in customer base with all of the ships in Port. They literally do not have enough staff to make it go properly. They put in a whole bunch of automations and reduce the workforce. On a daily basis this is what happens .... You make your mobile order then when it's ready they call out the number that was assigned to you when you made the order, not your name .... It takes you maybe 30 seconds to walk up there and grab your order once you match the numbers. The problem is if you want to get extra ketchup a packet of salt, one of the sauces, a courtesy cup pretty much anything! You have to wait around for another 3 minutes for one of the people in the back to come back up to the front counter .... I understand that everybody's trying to save money but these people are making so much money off the Navy. They should have somebody distribute condiments as the customers wish after spending $20 plus dollars on a meal.

So I ordered my food via the app, just to show up and get told its not available. I then inform the front desk about it missing and the lady tells me that there's nothing they can do about it and even the manager starts telling me that I ordered the food in the wrong location, despite the fact that I showed her the receipt showing the address, todays date and time (which I uploaded by the way) and they refuse to give me my food or money back. Theft, essentially that's what it's called. They made no effort to assist me in this issue and chose to not reimburse me. What's crazy it's the fact that they had a disgusting attitude towards me when I'm the one who didn't get my order nor my money back. I essentially had to leave cause I was running late for my course at the school house. To the manager and staff: if you are going to have an anti-military behavior towards service members maybe consider not working on base. Just absolutely disgusting.

This place has had a massive drop in service quality. The kiosks don’t work and there was no one manning a cash register. What kind of place are you guys running?

Everything was great up until the new store owner took over. He has gotten rid of most of the staffing there. I use to order my food and get it within a few minutes now it takes 15 to 20 minutes. Just today I went in and waited 30 minutes. When I looked around the lobby I noticed that there wasn't very many people and wondered why and thats when I realized when I sat down...the main reason why there was so much business was gone...no outlets. I realize that this isn't a liberty center for sailors but at the same time there are very limited places to relax and this McDonald's was one of those areas. Now that the outlets are gone business is going to crash. I think corporate needs to reconsider this new owner

Very bad service and atmosphere, it’s always too hot (even in winter, somehow) and often dirty, with a weird sticky feel. The service is the worst part, the owner or manager has decided to charge for certain things that the kiosks don’t. If you unwittingly use a kiosk or mobile app to make a order they’ll just exclude it without telling you OR even worst, outright harass you about it. I saw a man trying to leave get stopped and yelled at as he was trying to leave with a mobile app over 60 cents, despite his receipt including said sauce.

Food is good at least, it comes out hot and “neat”, not squished or anything. Though the waits are longer than average.

Terrible service !! The fries in this restaurant were the worse fries I have ever tried. They were lukewarm at best and were dry and unsalted. Service was terrible too!

It's McDonald's. This one however is more expensive than the ones out in town, likely because it's on federal property and not state. But it's right across from my office so I deal with it.

I've ordered this about 4 times there and I have never been overcharged, until now. Probably shouldn't go here anymore.

2 Sausage Egg Mcmuffins + 1 Hashbrown is about $10

I was charged this morning for 2 Sausage Cheese Mcgriddles...( they don't sound remotely the same ) which I've never ordered that before.

2 Sausage Egg & Cheese Mcgriddles + 1 Hashbrown is about $18

Going through the drive thru @ 0600 here runs pretty smoothly, most days. Today is different for some reason.

Going back through the drive thru, ask for the same order and as mentioned before, about $10 is price. They tried to fix it but I'm still missing about $14

I had $22 in my account to support my strict budget. I had to add an additional $20 to reorder the my breakfast.
$42-$10=32 or according to them $42-$10=$18

To be fair, when bringing the error to their attention, they gave me the correct food and stole $14 at the same time.

It's still pending so if I'm missing something this review will change, until then it stands as a reminder.

That's one way to start your morning. Right?
