Staff was unbelievably rude, refused to answer other customer questions, had two people return their orders after they were given to them wrong, and took 25 minutes for a cup of coffee. This used to be one of the best McDonald's I've visited, but I won't be going back to this one any time soon.

This restaurant on multiple occasions will lock the doors an hour before they are supposed to close as advertised on the door. Then turn off their lights to refuse service customers waiting outside. I expected more from a brand name restaurant that provides a service to Military Members.

The staff was nice. Easy to get food. Short line. This McDonald'swas on base. Only thing I didn't like was there was no changing table to change my baby. I had to go back outside to my car and it was night time so it was cold and dark. Not really ideal place to change a baby. That was my only complaint. Everything else was great and pleasant staff. I even appreciate that they have whole milk which is essential for baby growth and development. Nice job McDonald's!

Hey has anyone ever noticed this McDonald’s is inside a Naval Base and not accessible to the public ? 10 out 10 do not recomend. By the way the centuries were really nice. 5 out of 5 do recommend.

Do not let the opening times fool you. This particular McDonald's is employed by very old people and are slow as hell. The opening times for the weekends are false only because they were not ready to serve food and had a line of people outside waiting for almost an hour until they gave up and left. Definitely needs new
Honestly the place is horrible the food was a bit cold and the employees are so rude. One of the employees kept scoffing at me and my man. The only employee who actually treated us like customers is Jasmine. Hopefully they find more employees like her that know how to do their work and treat customers right.
