This McDonald's never has shakes or ice cream. They always say their machine doesn't work or they are out of the item. An employee that I know mentioned that they always do this because they are lazy and don't want to clean the machine. I go to other McDonald's and they always have shakes. I ordered a shake yesterday and again was told they are out. So I had to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes because there is no way to get out of line. Worst place. Never going back

This place doesn’t understand how to make a complete order. Oder a meal, no fries. Order a soda, flat as hell. This store can be converted into a DMV and have less mistakes
