We live close by and it is the closest McDonald's ,the fries taste so bad, it looks like they dont change the oil often, the fries look so dark color and greasy , they tasted burned, but i know is the oil, i ended up throwing them away. I usually dont go there due to the poor customer service and quality of the product. But today i went just because i forgot my sons lunch at home .

No consistency. The coffee is always different. Never right tho. I get a regular iced coffee with cream and sugar. They seem to splash the creamer with a tad bit of coffee for color. Tastes like sweet milk.
I also have to repeat myself like 3 times over the drive through.
Some times I've been given the wrong items for my order and have to come back to get the right food. It's too much of a hit or miss.

Horrible service plus every time i try to use the app, its a hassle and straight attitude with these old ladies. They always tell me the code doesn’t work, which I haven’t used it and give me an attitude. I’m not trying to explain myself.

Almost every time my order is incorrect, I ask for a few things to be double checked before pulling away and they still find a way to make mistakes. The whole staff is usually stressed and frustrated over any questions asked or requests made. Shows there’s poor management with over worked staff at this location.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !
Cashier couldnt get my order right , she started raising her voice at me when she couldnt get it right ! The stupid manager didnt do anything ! Customer first , all you managers and GM should teach your employes how to talk to people , but as usually its just high schooler kids working .

Horrible service. Canceled my wife and Is order right before we arrived to the store to pick up our breakfast. We placed the order well before the cut off time but they canceled both of our orders. Clearly not a system issue? More like employees didn’t want to pick up the breakfast orders any longer at their discretion. We have also had burgers unfortunately missing in the past as well. Please do something about this unacceptable behavior

The managers are rude/unprofessional, liars, and lazy. I couldn't believe how much time wasted there because the manager lied to me and refused to fix their mistake on my order. Yes, my order was never fixed. If I could, I would give this a half or no star rating. This was today May, 20, @ 5:50pm, in case anyone from this fast food chain cares to fix this ridiculousness.
