Love this spot. The owner is rad. She’s the owner, cook, cleaner, server and beyond. The food is always delicious. I see a bunch of comments about the tipping, but if you can’t afford to tip well (because hourly wage isn’t near livable) then don’t go out at all. Been going to this spot for years and it’s always delicious and affordableParking: Near the King Crab and OB Water StoreWheelchair accessibility: It’s on the first floor in a shopping center that has ramp access ways.

The food was good and the owner was very nice and attentive. I asked for her recipe and I enjoy everything she brought. The sticky mango rice was probably the highlight though! Perfect sweetness and texture!

Food was great - drunken noodles were delicious and perfectly spiced. Quick service and prices were good.

Today was the first time I remember ordering from this establishment for delivery through a third party app. Very happy with all of the flavors and it was mostly well packaged. The spring rolls in the sampler appetizer platter were lackluster but everything else in that box was delicious. The chicken and pork in the dishes were not dried out and I loved the Tom yum soup. Will try the Tom kha next time.

Restaurant was empty when we walked in at dinner time. The restaurant owner lady hid the tip screen and asked for 18% or 20% tip. The menu in store does not match up with the current restaurant name. It’s probably from a previous closed restaurant. Meat tasted odd from the dish-bitter and it’s definitely off.

Owner is a one-woman show & the food is delicious! One of our favorite places to eat. Highly recommend the lunchtime specials.

One of the best Thai restaurants in San Diego bar none! Janet is a magician or if you prefer, a which! Meechai is a one woman operation, she does it all! The food is homemade, fenomenal Thai food! It's a small "hole in the wall" but yet has a homie ambiance and a cool place to either dine in, take out or order to go!

The food was delicious and she was very friendly. She told us she had a cook and a server before the pandemic but it's hard to get help now so she's manning everything. When we paid, she gave me back the credit card and not the copy where I would sign and leave a tip. So I asked her don't you want a tip? She said no. We still left her a cash tip anyway. Having a restaurant is hard work. I don't know how she did it without help. The price was fair. We paid $70 for a family of 5 at SeaWorld for lunch that day which was crappy food, and we paid $70 here for Thai fried rice, beef salad, veggie chow mein, and broccoli mushroom dish, way much better food.

Great food. We were in the area and just stopped by. We had yellow curry chicken and drunken noodles. Both were very good. Same owner cooking for 20 years. Atmosphere is good, it could use Thai music for background. We will be back next time we are in Point Loma.

Good food and cute restaurant. If you're deciding, this place is better w bigger portions than other Thai places in the area.

My family has been going to see Janet and Meechai for celebrations for over 20 years! We just had a wonderful dinner with Tom Kah and salad and fresh spring rolls and OMG sweet sticky rice with mango! Here is a photo of us celebrating my hubby's 78 birthday

Dry, hard, chicken in my curry when I ordered beef. The curry was good, but I couldn't get past the dry chicken instead of beef. I didn't have the order fixed because I ordered take-out.
