My go to for drinks and desserts in the area. It’s nice that you can order on the kiosk, and get a notification on your phone when the order is ready. Space is bright and clean. Everything they serve from the food to the drinks is refreshing and not too sweet.

Meet Fresh truly lives up to its name! Everything was incredibly fresh, high quality, and handled with care. The service was fast and friendly, and you can really tell they prioritize customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find a place that combines great taste, freshness, and reliability so well. I went with my wife and daughter and no one that worked there talked to us despite looking at us 5 times.(we are black) then two asian females walked in and they got great customer service and were greeted when we were not.

The food is good but the service is non-existent. No one ever acknowledges you when you go in. This has happened on 3 occasions. They act like you're bothering them when you want to order. Today, we set our order for 6:05pm and it was ready at 5:45pm while we were still driving. No problem right? They should keep it in the fridge so it won't melt on this hot day right? Nope. It was just sitting on the counter when we got there. Also, no one acknowledged us when we went to pick up and we had to look through the orders on the counter to find ours. Everything was half melted.

I just ordered from there. I saw how that girl packed my to orders as well. She was kinda mad. But there is no reason to throw my order around which makes it spilled. I confronted her why she did that?? I didn't do anything. So why on Earth throw my orders around?

Decided to drive 30 minutes to check this place out! Definitely over hyped. As I got there a guy put a sign up that there was a 15-30 minute wait and he aggressively hit the sign as I was ordering. I understand there’s a wait time but I already drove 30 minutes. Anyways $16 for a shaved ice that looks nothing like advertised. I HATE giving 1 stars but I literally paid $16 for WATER. It melted so fast and had no flavor whatsoever. The boba was also hard and just bad overall. Not a welcoming place.

When we got there the guy taking our order said there was a 10 minute wait on ordered and aggressively tapped on a sign above him that said there was a wait. He was already not inviting but we wanted to try it so we said it was fine..
We ordered a Thai tea shaved ice and Thai tea smoothie. The shaved ice was not impressive at all.. it melted into itself so fast and hardened which made it super hard to eat with the plastic spoons they provided. It was like chilling at a rock and it had no flavor.. there were little black dots in the ice which told us the shaving machine needs to be cleaned so we just disgusted the whole thing all together.. the Thai tea smoothie was okay, also lacked flavor and it all just seemed way over hyped.. won’t be back :/

The service priority based on first-come-first-serve is very flawed. They don’t have two different queues for dine-in and to-go. There happen to be a large to-go order, which takes more than 30 minutes for them to fulfill. As a result, everyone dining in didn’t get served for over thirty minutes. They need optimize the service queue handling.

Spacious and welcoming, clean room. The faucet doesn't work in the women's bathroom but they have one in the hallway. Staff very busy preparing ice creams and not very welcoming if you ask them for help at the automatic checkout. In any case, a good gastronomic product.

We came on a Sunday afternoon and it was quite busy. Two of us shared the shaved ice. There’s no toppings and you have to customize to add whatever you want. They have a screen which you have to pay attention to see if your order is ready.
