We came to Meet Fresh for my nephews Bday. He really loves the Boba. We showed up a few minutes after closing but Bruce and Daphne decided to help us anyway. They really made my nephews evening by staying open to serve us. The desserts were delicious as usual and everyone ended up happy. We love Meet Fresh. 10 out of 10, we recommend!! Thanks Bruce and Daphne!

Customer service Is Top Tier Terrible. I placed order. Wife picked it up but didn't have receipt or screen shot but had name, phone number, ordering platform, and exact drink order. Rude employee refused to give pickup order and demanded to see a screen shot of order. Employee lacked the ability to use common sense and critical thinking to determine if a customer was being honest, even though customer was able to provide exact ordering information. If I never order from this place again, it'll be too soon.

Nice atmosphere. Plenty of sitting. There are 2 self serve kiosk, although a little buggy 😉, but good option for introvert customers.

The overall experience was terrible. The menu on the wall was confusing, it listed “Grass Jelly + A/B/C,” but nowhere on the entire menu did it explain what A, B, or C actually meant. You have to figure it out yourself at the self-ordering kiosk. No wonder the person before me took such a long time to order. There was a guy in the store who wasn’t even wearing a uniform,just a gray shirt and a cap. His attitude was awful, and didn’t even respond when I said thank you. He gave off such negative energy. I never thought I’d feel depressed while eating dessert. Don’t come to this place! it’s absolutely not worth the trip. The food is also ridiculously overpriced.

Food is usually good. Service is hit or miss. Website says they close at 10pm every day. We got there at 9:50pm on a Sunday hoping to order take out, and the employee told us they closed at 9:45pm. Doors were wide open.

Tried the black milk tea with boba. The boba was over cooked and too soft. Infact it was warm. The tea was steeped well and 50% sweetness was perfect.

My go to for drinks and desserts in the area. It’s nice that you can order on the kiosk, and get a notification on your phone when the order is ready. Space is bright and clean. Everything they serve from the food to the drinks is refreshing and not too sweet.
