I stopped by to order my things. I couldn’t find the item I wanted on the system. I asked a staff there politely and he answered me rudely. It sounded like he discriminated and look down on me. I will never go back there again although I like the tea there.

We went here on a weekday evening around 8pm and it got busier towards 9pm. There were a lot of people ordering to go and dining in.You order off an iPad at the counter, take your receipt, and find an open table. There's a screen that tells you when your order is ready but they will also call your number out.The dessert is ok in my opinion. We ordered the signature grass jelly shaved ice dish and the warm tofu pudding with taro.

Ordered my favorite taro ball tofu with add on grass jelly, just to find out they put big chunks of boiled taro, instead of the chewy taro balls! What happened??

My favorite wintermelon milk tea is from here. Really good iced desserts too. Try it out! Plenty of parking in this lot. Great dessert for after dinner

Will never come back again. I have always come here to buy their food. Today after we placed our order, my friend took the receipt to the front desk to pick up the food. My friend did not speak English so he showed the employee the receipt. Asking if he can pick up food? The girl said OK. When we were almost a third of the way through, a customer came over and told us that we had picked up the wrong meal. Another employee came over and said in a reproachful tone that we had picked up the wrong meal. We explained that the staff had read it. After the receipt said OK, my friend took the meal. He then said that next time we should look at the cup sticker number to confirm whether the receipt is ours. I don't understand. It was clearly their employer who checked the receipt for us to pick up the meal, which caused the error, but they blame the customer. It seems like it's all our fault. At this point we left our food unfinished and left immediately.
First time came to this place! The parking is always full. This place is good for hanging out with friends We ordered 2 to share for 5 people.

Got the Brown Sugar Boba Milky Shaved Ice. The flavors were distinct and good at 2/3 sugar level, but the boba (which came in a separate cup to pour over the dessert) had clumped pretty badly. Not a deal breaker, but dampened an otherwise excellent experience.

I walked past the store often, so i decided to try it. I'm not familiar with the deserts, but the pictures looked good. It was a bit disappointing not having a cashier. I couldn't ask about suggestions and such since it's my first time here. I'm not super sure what I ordered.My desert had a lot of seeds that I wasn't aware it would have. Once, I knew they were. I would try to avoid them, but like watermelon seeds, they would sneak in, and they tasted bad

I ordered hot grass jelly with sweet rice balls and boba, there was practically just some kind of broth with a bit of rice balls and boba, I didn’t see any grass jelly, when I asked the staff there, I was told that the jelly was melted. So I ordered red beans with rice balls and boba for take out, it was even worse, not much of substance but rather a bowl of red bean broth. Both items costed nearly $10 each. The actual items looked nothing like the pictures. What a ripoff!! The napkin was bathroom’s paper towel!! Never go there again.
