Ice cream is the 💣
They were out of 5 options, very few to choose from. And they advertise on their signs in the shop as having dairy-free options and the didn't have any. The main reason to go for fro-yo is the options.
Good quality and you only pay for what you take.
We LOVE Menchie's on Sports Arena!!! The fro yo is scrumptious, the owner is fabulous and Abraham is fantastic! Their great offerings and friendly/hospitable/generous/excellent customer service make Menchie's our favorite community frozen yogurt!

Nice location. Clean and many toppings.
Terrible customer service. Don't go here. Save your money. Came in for a kids Persy Jackson snack. She rang us up at 2:59...event starts at 3pm. My watch said 3pm. Wouldn't give my kids the 5 ounces. Asked if she could ring us up at 3....nope....too bad... why work in a customer service position with such a witchy attitude?
Good frozen yogurt. They have some non-dairy choices. Good location. Easy parking.

Place is so dirty, floor is sticky, yogurt is watery, fruits are not fresh. Save yourself money and go somewhere else.
The froyo wasn't cold enough. Like it was supposed to be arctic cold not left an orange in the refrigerator overnight cold. Do better. #jet2 holiday
Good refreshing treat. Good base flavor options and plenty of toppings including sliced fruit. More sauces & syrups than I’ve seen at similar places including Magic Shell, Nutella and Marshmallow sauce.

I love Menchie's. But tonight when I went in I found the store to be a filthy mess. Every inch of the floor was sticky and all of the machines had melted yogurt at the bottom. They looked like they hadn't been cleaned for days. Super disappointing. Hoping it's not a trend.
