Amazing froyo spot! So glad this location was still open. Our home city's location in Vallejo is actually going through renovation right now, but this one here in SD is much more robust! Bigger space and more flavors.

Menchie's is the best froyo in the world. I hope they gonna have more branches on the East Coast, especially NY, NJ area. This Menchie's branch was so clean that the service was so kind.

Unbelievable customer service from Yuridia at this location. My friend is deathly allergic to peanuts. He asked nicely about if he can get some oreos from the back since the spoons were cross contaminated with the other toppings. At other menchie locations they understand and they do it for him but here the the workers here didn’t care that he was allergic to peanuts. I can’t believe how they treat customers with allergies like this. I used to work with food and we’d treat allergy very carefully. and that was for food. this is simply frozen yogurt. What else do you have to do that you can’t go to the back and grab some for him? My friend paid for a cup of frozen yogurt with no toppings. On top of that what makes me upset the most is that the machine prompts for a tip?? Why do you think you deserve a tip if all that you do is just stand there and push buttons? Please take care of people with allergies, they want to enjoy things too. There was multiple people working too in the front and it’s not like she couldn’t leave her station to simply go grab some. Like I said, different locations do this for him and why is it so difficult for Yuridia to do it? That is something i’ll always be upset about until they fix this issue that made me and my friend very frustrated. We enjoy Menchies compared to other frozen yogurt places and It’s so unfair already that there’s an allergy and it’s more unfair that he couldn’t enjoy it like he always does. My friends and I were craving froyo so we ran over to Menchies and got there at 9:55pm - 5 minutes before closing. We expected some attitude or exasperation from the worker, but no, he was so kind and professional. He rang us up with a big smile on his face. We were very pleased with our experience.
This is a great spot to take your kids. I usually stop by here to get my kids a nice cold froyo before with ride our bike at Mission Bay. Some spots have a $5-$6 fill up on Tuesday's or Wednesdays, which is great on the wallet!
