This restaurant is phenomenal. I got “The Happy Hippie” and it absolutely melted in my mouth. It’s a healthier sandwich choice, that doesn’t feel boring. There’s so much going on and it is absolutely chalked full of flavor and ingredients. I also love the amount of food items you can customize to be vegan, like with “The Happy Hippie” you can opt to remove the cheese and change the bread, as well as just the amount of vegetarian options they have on their menu. Generic enough for a Mendocino Farms, this one has a nice outdoor covered patio and manages a familiar lived-in feel. Food is the same solid menu we're all used to. Do note there's only one soda machine so occasionally a bit of a wait.
