Service at counter was non existent. Literally we walked in and no one came to the counter to take our order. Even the servers ignored us and continued their conversation. When we did place the order the server at the counter was not engaged barely answered questions. While we waited for the food, we realized it was taking a while. We went back to the serving counter and asked when food would be ready. We got more unwelcoming behavior. The server firmly let us know our order wasn’t ready and they would let us know when to come to the counter. I tell you kindness is so important. At every level of this particular service line they failed to be decent and kind. ?

Great to see they have vegan options on the menu. I tried the Vegan Bahn Mi which used tofu as the protein and the Impossible Salad which was fantastic. The service was really good, they bring the food to your table once you have ordered using a QR code. Didn’t realize they had house made lemonades until we were leaving, will try it next time. Would dine here again!

I recently visited this place and was pleased to find a few vegan options on the menu. The staff were nice and attentive, making the dining experience enjoyable. The food was really good—I especially recommend the vegan Banh Mi and the Impossible Salad. Both dishes were flavorful and satisfying. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Do not come here to purchase in person on a Sunday. Absolutely empty at lunchtime yet I stood and waited for 5min made eye contact with an employee making food orders who then just ignored me and then I waited another minute and left. No one there to say hi may I take your order. Just and empty place with 2 people in the back making to go orders. Waste of time.

One of the best sandwich shops in downtown San Diego. Located off Broadway in the “courts” area of downtown, usually busy around the lunch rush. I don’t live or work near here, but make sure to go out of my way and eat here since it is so good. Sandwiches and salads are light and super fresh! Lately, been bringing my computer and staying for a few hours to get work done. Great environment for that!
Just got the soggiest sandwich sandwich delivered. I’m so disappointed, I was starving and this is inedible.
