Hands down the best horchata latte I've ever had. It's the perfect amount of sweet & creamy and you can substitute oat milk with it. Any time I go to different coffee shop and order a horchata latte, I instantly regret it. Meraki's version is better than the horchata lattes I had in Mexico City.

Everything was great!!! A bit disappointed though to find out that the Meraki plate will go away soon. I never had tried the Meraki plate until today - granted I haven't been here in a while - The Meraki plate is PERFECTION!!! I hope they reconsider it!!!

This is a beautiful cozy spot in Everett! You can tell a lot of dedication and love is put into this business and it shows in the product. I ordered a basil pesto panini with a hot brown sugar matcha. Both were delicious and perfectly crafted! Service was attentive and inviting, making this place feel like a home away from home. Would highly recommend visiting this spot and I'll definitely be returning :)

This is a very welcoming and cool spot. The menu has many options and the staff is very friendly. We were quite disappointed that the oatmeal we ordered was not traditionally cooked oats or steel cut oats but simple instant oats, for which we still paid $10. We hope management will consider upping their game to having a batch of real cooked hot oats available.

We visited Meraki for the first time earlier this week. We love taking our laptops and working from coffee shops some days and I was very excited to try Meraki because it had been on my list for a long time; however, I don’t think we’ll be returning any time soon. Here’s how I would rate everything:

Pros:
Food and drinks were good and staff was nice.

Cons:
Wifi was bad. We were in the patio area and did not have any wifi connectivity. There was also a fly problem in the patio area with lots of flies swarming the trash bin and the area where we were sitting. We had to sit outside because it was a very hot day and there was no air conditioning inside and the inside felt very muggy.

The Worst Dining Experience Ever

This was by far the most horrific experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant. I specifically ordered three avocado toasts on sourdough with ONLY avocado and two eggs on each. Instead, I received something completely different: toast covered in cheese, tomatoes, and balsamic — and absolutely no eggs at all.

When I picked up the order, not only was it wrong, but the staff blamed me for their mistake, insisting that I had ordered it that way. I know exactly what I asked for, and I was very clear: avocado, sourdough, and eggs on top. On top of this, my husband’s coffee was missing.

When we asked them to simply substitute the dish for the correct one, they told us we would have to pay again for the new dish instead of fixing their mistake. That is outrageous — no basic accountability, no customer care, just shifting the cost back to us.

To make it even worse, we were charged nearly $200 for this order, and what we got in return was nothing but plain avocado toast without eggs — not even close to what we paid for.

This wasn’t just a small mistake — it was a complete failure in service, accuracy, and accountability. Truly unacceptable.

A charming, quiet cafe in the heart of University Heights. Newly redecorated, it’s bright and pretty! Lots of indoor seating, plus a really nice outdoor back patio.
Nice menu of drinks and food. Super friendly staff! I love the Pistachio Honey Latte!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Meraki Café for some time and often visited with my task-trained service dog, who helps me manage a disability. My dog is quiet, calm, and fully trained—and we’ve sat inside many times without issue.

On my most recent visit, however, I was told by staff that dogs—including service animals—are only allowed on the outdoor patio. I explained that my dog is a service animal, not a pet, and that we’ve sat inside previously. The staff member called the owner to confirm, and still told me that we were not allowed to sit inside.
This is a clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which requires that service animals be allowed in any part of the business where customers are normally allowed to go—including indoor seating areas. Offering an outdoor space only is not sufficient or legal.

I later reached out to the owner by email to address the issue privately, but received no reply.

I'm sharing this publicly because accessibility matters—and no one with a disability should be made to feel unwelcome or excluded because they rely on a service animal.
