First time here - food is good except the salmon was overcooked, the tapioca dumplings wrapper leave is too big for the bite that overpowered the contents, the crab noodle in tomato soup was tasty but I didn’t expect getting half snow crab with SHELL. Probably should put that on the menu because the picture shown misled me to think it was crab meat with no shell.
The interior design of this restaurant was bit weird. The cashier counter (fast food vibe), the bar (bar like) the seating (pho shop).
The servers all were very good looking and friendly, like you’re in an art museum but then there a set of claw machines in the corner (arcade like). Price point is fair, parking spots are tight bc there’s a market nearby.

I've been ordering Pho from here for years because it's one of the only places to get vegetarian Pho with vegetarian broth, but this is the last time. I ordered three Pho's via Chow Now, and when we got home and looked in the bag, there were only two. Surprisingly, there were only two items on the receipt as well. I checked my email confirmation and confirmed that we had ordered three items. We called them to get the third Pho made, and they confirmed that there were supposed to be three. I asked for some sort of compensation since we would have to leave again and wait while two-thirds of our food got cold, but the man on the phone refused to offer anything! They claimed that because it was ordered through a third party that there was nothing he could do. I asked for a manager thinking that they could hopefully override that ridiculous limitation, and he claimed that there was none that night. What kind of restaurant doesn't have a manager or someone on site that can make a decision that doesn't come directly from a corporate policy. Terrible customer service, I had to call Chow Now to get some sort of compensation, but I get the feeling they're going to pass the blame off as well.

Located in a bustling plaza, Mignon Pho + Seafood is not just a traditional Vietnamese pho restaurant but also features a modern, spacious design. The interior is clean and organized, with uniform wooden tables and chairs in both square and round shapes, thoughtfully arranged to maximize the large space. The hanging lights add to the open and inviting atmosphere. They also offer fun activities like a lottery machine and claw machines for entertainment.

One standout feature is their stylish bar, where you can enjoy Cocktail Happy Hour daily from 3-7 PM. During Happy Hour, they also serve $1.5 fresh oysters, which I’m definitely planning to try on my next visit.

I visited during lunchtime and opted for the lunch special menu. For $17 (before tax), the combo included a bowl of pho, two egg rolls, and a drink or tea—a great deal! The pho allows you to customize with three ingredients. I chose flank, brisket, and bok choy. While the meat portions were not overly generous, the pho and herbs were plentiful, making it a satisfying meal.

The staff was friendly and attentive, enhancing the dining experience. I look forward to coming back during Happy Hour to enjoy their drinks and oysters!

It was our first time in this restaurant. We were a party of 7 and good to see that the menu has a variety of options. The prices were reasonable. We enjoyed our dinners. Our servers were attentive and our dinners came quickly.

The pho broth was salty and not flavorful. Overall, not worth the $17.

The food is good. Good sized portions, but in the two dishes we ordered, they put very little meat in both dishes (very little chicken in the rice). The drinks were almost pure ice.
The pho is very good. I could go just for this.
We ordered some springrolls...they didn't send them to the table, but they did charge them.

The way employees treat customers is awful at that place ! There are so many tasty vietnamese places all over Convoy ( and better) for you to go if you have preference to Pho Food ! Im just sharing my opinion to you because im never going back to that place ever again ! I have no idea of who manages that place, but definetely not someone who cares for customer service ! Hope my review helped you ! God Bless !

?Been going here with my family for awhile and this is such an awesome establishment! Food and drinks are all delicious!? Tried all their teas from Thai tea, strawberry ? peach and black tea. None in which disappointment ? Tofu spring rolls, chicken skewers, steak skewers, vegetable stir fry, noodles and many more. There's no dish you wouldn't enjoy, you just have to be willing to give this place a chance. Staff is always friendly even when they're busy. Real simple when it comes to customer service, you're nice and of course those around you will be as well. Worked food before so always be mindful and respectful to those who service you!??

NOT RECOMMENDED for pho. I had ribeye pho with beef tongue skewer for lunch. With first bite of their "smoky ribeye pho" i could already feel the anger of my Vietnamese friends if they were to try it. With a hefty $17/bowl, the meat was tough to chew and not smoky at all, its feels like grilled with seasoning sauce. The soup- not worth it, its clear, taste plain to close to salt, MSG with a touch of soy sauce/oyster sauce. The presentation of pho, it looks localized to the geography. If you are looking for authenticity, look else where.Overall, not worth the $17. The only thing good in that bowl was the pho noodle, which i dont think is made in house.... Based on my pho and beef tongue skewer experience, this pho did not leave a good impression.

Great food and service. If I had any kind of restaurant I would forbid customers from playing their phone programs or having speaker phone conversations without a private listening ear device. I would also play music that appeals to most amount of people. Not hip hop rap that sounds like gangsters too lazy to pronounce their words. It's as much about creating atmosphere that the most amount of people can relate to, as it is about the food. It doesn't matter how good the food is if your annoyed and want to leave.
