Get the filet mignon pho! It's so yummy and tender. I barely had to chew the meat! Haha. I also love the flavor of the broth and the sprouts and basil. It tasted very authentic and the portion size was great!

I lovveeeee their bone marrow soup!!!
Beef stew was a soso i couldn’t say its stew since it was more watery then stew style!
Or whoever cooked that was wrong.
Our beef tongue skewer wasn’t really skewer. But taste is not bad. Every visit I try something else but my dish is always bone marrow soup!

Love, love Pho Mignon + Seafood! The food is delicious, great atmosphere, and the staff are always friendly. My favorite dishes are the Grilled Ribeye Pho and Grilled Ribeye Steak Vermicelli Noodle Salad. Both dishes are amazing! The broth in the Pho is the best I have ever had!

Definitely come for the All You Can Eat BBQ!
We saw that all the restaurants around here had lines out the door, but people are sleeping on this place. So we tried it.
Mark was super attentive and professional as our waiter. The food was fresh and tasted amazing.
It’s not as marinated like Korean BBQ, and that’s neither bad nor good, just different. The flavors really came through from the different meats and seafood, and the option to make them all spring rolls was cool! It was refreshing to try something different!
And the meal included a drink and ice cream (ice cream was delicious too!)

A couple of weeks ago, I went to this Mignon Pho + Grill for lunch. When it came time to pay, we all asked for separate checks. Their payment system went down, but not before they attempted to charge my card twice. When they came back to let us know about the issue, I checked my bank account and saw two pending transactions from the restaurant. I brought it up right away, and they told me not to worry—the charges wouldn’t go through because the system was down.
None of us had cash, and they wouldn’t let us leave without leaving some form of payment. Someone in my party ended up giving them his card information so they could charge it later. I sent my portion of the bill to the person who left his card.
The following week, I checked my account again and saw that both of the original charges had gone through. So now I had paid three times—twice on my card and once via Zelle.
I called the restaurant to explain. The server who answered the phone remembered the situation, but the way he responded made it feel like he thought I was lying—possibly because someone else had left their card info, which may have confused the situation. I did my best to explain, and eventually he understood and said he would leave my info for the manager, who comes in around 9 or 10 p.m. (odd to me, but okay.) He told me, “Maybe they’ll call you tonight, maybe another day—I don’t know.”
By the end of the week, no one had contacted me, so I stopped by in person. One employee was ready to help, but the same server who answered the phone chimed in and said he had already spoken to the manager. According to him, the manager said I just needed to dispute the charges with my bank. I asked why no one called me, to tell me this and he said, “I passed along the message.”
So as I told them I would, I’m leaving this review to warn others. Their customer service is careless, and their handling of the situation was frustrating and unprofessional. I started to frequent this restaurant and genuinely enjoyed the food, but I won’t be back. Disappointing experience.
I encourage everyone to be aware and to check their credit card statements after dining here.

The bún bò huế was super flavorful. The broth had that deep, savory kick with just the right amount of heat. It came loaded with tender beef slices, pork, and a strong lemongrass flavor that made every spoonful satisfying. Definitely one of the better versions I’ve had in the area.
The shrimp ceviche was surprisingly my favorite. It was bright, tangy, and packed with fresh herbs, sesame seeds, and crunchy cucumber. The prawn crackers were crisp and perfect for scooping. It felt refreshing and fun to eat.
The green papaya salad helped balance everything out. It was light, crisp, and zesty without being overwhelming. It added a nice contrast to the rich broth and punchy ceviche.
If you're in Convoy and want something comforting with bold flavors, I’d absolutely recommend this spot. I’m already thinking about going back for round two.

I have to admit this is a great restaurant! This is my last day in San Diego. I searched for this place on the map. Their soup base is really good 👏!!!I didn't add chili sauce or hoisin sauce. There's music and a bar. Claw Machine!!Great for couples dating, family dinner.

First time here - food is good except the salmon was overcooked, the tapioca dumplings wrapper leave is too big for the bite that overpowered the contents, the crab noodle in tomato soup was tasty but I didn’t expect getting half snow crab with SHELL. Probably should put that on the menu because the picture shown misled me to think it was crab meat with no shell.
The interior design of this restaurant was bit weird. The cashier counter (fast food vibe), the bar (bar like) the seating (pho shop).
The servers all were very good looking and friendly, like you’re in an art museum but then there a set of claw machines in the corner (arcade like). Price point is fair, parking spots are tight bc there’s a market nearby.
