More reliable than taco shop with a good view. Large menu with non-Mexican options for the picky eaters, out of town era, and kids that may not be willing to experiment with the Mexican cuisine. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a spot next to floor the ceiling windows to overlook the marina. 3 hour time limit on parking if you get a spot along the street. Let them know you’re headed off to a cruise or whatever and they will get you out in under an hour without sacrificing service or flavor. They serve salsa and queso with their chips and the queso is delicious.

We ate here waiting to get on our cruise and this was a fantastic place to get lunch, we sat on the patio overlooking the bay, ordered a beer and some tacos. Service was great at first, but it got really busy and the service slowed, but not our servers fault, they should have staffed a little heavier. I ate at this Miguel's and the one in Old Town, both are excellent!

Late lunch w/ and old friend started at the bar waiting for a table outside to be cleared, hostess texted my phone to announce that our table was ready but when we paid out bar tab (can NOT bring out bar tab to our table) she informed me that it would be "5 min longer"??? then 10 min later we were seated at a great table along the glass wall overlooking SD Bay.The Seafood Chili Relleno was excellent, delivered to our table hot and just in time for a Chip and Salsa refill. Our server, Annalyssa was friendly, polite attentive and accurate w/ our orders. The absolute BEST Waitress I've encountered in SD this week!!!Miguel, (if there really is a real Miguel?) needs to give Annalyssa a $$ raise and a promotion before I tell my friends w/ SD Restaurants to hire her away as a Mgr for training their staff!

Prepare yourself for a rollercoaster of disappointment at this establishment, where carelessness and pretentiousness are to be expected, accompanied by a side dish of filthy dishes.Upon arrival, we were greeted by a hostess who seemed to have a personal vendetta against the concept of teenagers enjoying the kids' menu. Her relentless interrogation about the age of our companion left us feeling like we were on trial for a crime we didn't commit. News flash: if a teenager wants the kids' menu, just hand it over without the third degree! As we settled in, our glasses of water arrived adorned with remnants of chili powder, like some bizarre garnish from the depths of culinary neglect. The thought of sipping from those tainted vessels was enough to make our stomachs churn. But wait, it gets better—or should I say worse? The food, if you can call it that, was a symphony of mediocrity. The enchilada sauce tasted like it had been liberated from the nearest tin can, while the tortillas bore the unmistakable aura of a microwave's embrace. And don't even get me started on the rice—it was drier than the Sahara Desert on a hot day.As for the margarita, well, let's just say it tasted like it had been concocted from lemons that had seen better days. The lack of freshness was downright criminal. It's no wonder news of food poisoning haunt the other branches of this establishment. With such blatant disregard for quality control.First a last time we visit this place.

Great food, great view, fun spot.

We had the chicken enchilada suizas, and the chicken was very dry. There was no sauce at all inside the enchiladas no cheese or anything. And we had the fajita supreme. We asked for extra onions in the fajitas and did not get them. The beans were delicious but the rice for both meals did not have a lot of taste, and the texture was off. Our server was fantastic and went above and beyond. The view was beautiful and there was plenty of servers and other staff. We really love the thin tortilla chips and cheesy jalapeño dip that you get for free.

Our party of 6 was pleasantly greeted by a very friendly receptionist who set the mood for our event. We had our choice for accommodations at a nice table. Christian was an excellent waiter and his personality and level of service enhanced our experience. Menu was varied and the food was very good. The gift of the Tequila holder made me want to spend my Birthday there too. Overall everyone was very pleased!!
