The beer tender with this hat and suspenders is a extremely rude person. He has the worse customer service i have ever encountered. He talked to me like I was in middle school...like you expected a tip dude
**DO NOT RECOMMEND** Staff is extremely rude and beer is nothing special. Music can be painfully loud for no reason whatsoever. I’ve had much better experiences at nearby breweries and recommend y’all do the same!
The bingo Sunday is fire...super fun we loved it
Consistently good beer in a nice environment. Staff is knowledge and friendly.
Love this local spot!
The brewmaster is awesome!
I really wish they had the Chill Factor by the can because it hits the spot! So balanced and so damn good!!!
One of my favorite breweries in San Diego. The beer is top notch quality. If you get a flight you get a cool glass to keep. Dog friendly and has darts and TVs.
Had a great beer at Hess tonight "My other vice"
Great beer and a really nice brewery
Great beer, great service
The Raspberry Umbrix has a wonderful finish with definitely raspberry tones. Ales for ALS is a light pool pounder. Mandatory Fun is a good classic IPA but don't know about double IPA. Lager Del Sur is a good version of a classic Mexican Lager. Pershing Pills is also a classic pulsner. The trivia Thursday and Taco Truck Thursday are a big hit!

Great brewery in North Park, San Diego. Varied menu, friendly staff, and spacious venue. Lots of cute lights inside. Flight of beer comes with a free glass to take home. They have two dart boards inside too, which are fun to watch or play. Beers are decent.
Bad vibes. Forgettable beer. Their door was wide open and lights were on so we stopped in 35 minutes before their listed 10pm closing. After pouring our beers and having us pay, bartender said "by the way we are closing in 15 minutes but you should have plenty of time to finish your drink." Almost thought it was a poorly landed joke. Sure enough, 15 minutes later they cut the pop radio music they were playing and forced us and the other few groups out there door. Super weird experience. Neither beer we tried was anything special. Luckily the neighborhood has much better options around.
Stopped by today for a beer. They were still serving some guy who looked homeless even though he seemed pretty drunk. He was playing a speaker very loud too. He had a hat on that was disgustingly dirty and he smelled bad. I'd suggest being more aware of how your customers are acting and how much you're serving them.
Local and unique taste of craft beer, fun atmosphere and a big plus for ? board game on the wall ??
The place is quite big, there are not many tables but it is very spacious, I didn't like that they didn't sell food or snacks but you can put food and that is good. The beers we tried were all good, good prices and a good place if you want to watch a game.
