Ordered a pizza and it took an hour and forty five minutes to get delivered. Didn’t make an effort to provide customer satisfaction in either a refund or gift card. Wouldn’t recommend getting pizza delivered by this business to anyone.

The pizza is decent but the service is absolute garbage, the staff all seem incompetent and the white male with glasses at the front who I assume is the owner or manager has absolutely ZERO customer service skills. He was running around like a headless chicken and nobody seemed to be able to get a grip and figure things out ( wasn't even that busy...) when I was being given my food, the owner kept insisting that I didn't pay even tho his staff took my payment right in front of his face, was just very rude. Every time I come here this man is rude and I can tell working for him would be awful. I feel sorry for the staff here. Don't come here if you expect good service !

I tried placing an order over the phone for pickup .. the first time I called I got put on hold for two minutes so I hung up and called back then some guy answered and was extremely rude.. I just wanted to order a pie and he kept screaming what size and I asked what sized they have and he acted confused and said what size like what do u mean I’m asking you what sizes u have ??? Super rude service which is really sad because my boyfriend and I go all the time but after that no more

Ehh. It's not really that good. I had a chicken sandwich and 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. I guess if you're a broke college kid, it will suffice. The only reason i gave it 3 stars was because it wasn't horribly expensive. I don't see myself going back ever. The quality just wasn't there.

Great college NY style pizza place. 2 slice and drink combo is a great price and perfect for when you just want a quick bite and don't want to throw down on a whole pizza.
The BEST pizza in town. Was going to snap a photo of the pizza I ordered but it was too good not to eat in the moment. Ordered a half pesto half margarita pizza and it was amazing. Pizza was thin, crust had the perfect crunch, and the best part was that it wasn’t greasy and you feel light after eating it.

Milo's never fails in CONSISTENTLY making me crave their NY Style Pizza - which is probably better for their business than my diet :D - The guys are rad, the ingredients are fresh, and any Pizza Connoisseur knows that yummy cheese and sauce are of great importance. I mostly appreciate their ability to put up with my brattiness while I throw my weekly pre-delivery temper tantrums as I demand my pizza be handed to me at an unattainably high degree of temperature, while also having, "XTXT cheese, XT sauce, NOT be soup, and having each and every piece exactly where it belongs." Milo's has been my weekly/bi-weekly/bi-daily - you get the idea - go-to pizza spot for over a decade now, and after many movie/game/family/Lock Down/Friend Referrals... all of the above attributes have stayed the same, which feels pretty nice in a world that constantly changes. Also, I appreciate that The Boss doesn't make his employees work super late for a pizza spot, or on Holidays... My cravings don't like it, but I do ;P SO, THANKS A BUNCH, MILO'S CREW. I APPRECIATE YOU! Ps: Maybe we could make the app UX, but not a deal breaker ;)
