I've known her for 7 years and she's made homemade cupcakes for my daughters bday, a Greek themed tailgate party for an Aztecs game, lots of business party mixer food, multiple PHCC-San Diego plumbing contractor dinner meeting buffets, Kohler Manufacturing sponsored open houses, Personal dinners to-go, Breakfast Burritos for a FOX PLUMBING employee breakfast and she even makes ME breakfast every Tuesday morning with FRESH EGGS from her own chickens! If you don't give Michelle a call you'll NEVER know how talented of a chef she is!!! I forgot to mention the dairy free mac-n-cheese and cheese pizza is out of this world!!

This remarkable woman is the guardian angel of every sick person I know, I order little casseroles for them that can be frozen and they are delicious, with so many ingredients from her own garden. I don’t really like to cook and this is such a wonderful way to help people out, and the casseroles also make wonderful Christmas or birthday gifts to my vegetarian and meat eating friends Who aren’t big cooks either! Plus they are very reasonably priced.

Michelle prepared a demonstration style dinner for our 20th wedding anniversary party. It was a series of small plates with an Argentinian / Mediterranean flare (we had just returned from a trip to Argentina).First she was prompt and well prepared. She and her two amazing assistants presented a cheese board that was beautiful, spanikopita, chicken Marsala bites, seafood paella, grilled skirt steak with fresh chimichurri, grilled veggies and a variety of flatbreads. I asked her to utilize all the fun kitchen appliances I have, and boy did she! My guests were amazed by her cooking as well as her spunky fun style. She made everything in my kitchen, nothing was prepared ahead of time.She even brought Bonita for the paella that had been caught the day prior by her friend!Her two helpers were also fantastic, they cooked, prepped and cleaned up EVERYTHING with my guests right in the middle of it all and yet they did it without being noticed.What an amazing eating experience and what a pleasure not to have a house and kitchen to clean after our guests left. All I had to do was wash a few last minute wine glasses!Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous!!
