Unfortunately, a dirty tablecloth and for some reason, brat pack music while surrounded by an Italian themed facade. You have to pay extra for bread? And even though we ordered drinks during happy hour, we weren't told and paid top dollar. Food was good!
Great food. Recommend the cream sauces. Wait staff was very nice. Great place for kids as well.
The food was very good, the waiter was very nice but forgot to put our order in, also it was our Anniversary which we put down when making the reservation but there was no acknowledgement., They don't have to but it sure would have been nice.
This was a wonderful dining experience in Little Italy. Our server was Fernando N, and he provided a few good recommendations. We started out with very good Caesar salads. Our entrees were Chicken Parmesan with Broccoli and Shrimp Ravioli with mushroom sauce. Both dishes were very flavorful, and the presentations were excellent. We will definitely return on our next stop to San Diego.
The atmosphere was good, which I cannot say for the food. We ordered stuffed mushrooms, two kinds of pasta and bread. Both pastas were so sour like they had lemon juice instead of sauce. Bread was ok, but I expected more from the Italian restaurant. Wine was good.
The food was good and the staff were friendly. I will go back to eat there. The only problem was that the restaurant was not stocked well with toilet paper.
The food was delicious with generous portions that left us satisfied. The fun and lively décor added to the overall experience, making it feel both welcoming and memorable. A great spot worth coming back to!
Excellent as always! Luv the eggplant Parmesan, outstanding!!! One of my favorite Italian restaurants in San Diego . . .
The restaurant had a neat interior and a patio outdoors! The waitress was very helpful with selecting dishes and was pleasant. It did take a while to get refills and the check however. The pasta was great and they had plenty of vegetarian options as well as pasta made locally. We did not love the tiramisu, which we usually quite enjoy.

My wife and I visited Mimmo's during our recent visit to San Diego (traveling from Delaware). We found Mimmo's while walking up and down India Street. We had drinks, split a sandwich, calamari, stuffed mushrooms, and meatballs.
Food is great. Service is great. Seating inside is very nice with quiet music playing. This is a very nice restaurant to visit.

This is a favorite place of ours! I always order the spicy campenelle pasta! My husband usually gets that or the Lasagna and it is always great! The bread with oil is a must and I do not usually like to dip my bread in oil. We usually take some home as we want to save room for their delicious Tiramisu! Always a treat to come here and...inside it looks like you are in a little Italian village the way they have painted the walls and have the balconies!

Got the chance to check out mimmos while visiting SAN and so glad I did! The food was sooo good and everybody was pleasant. This is the perfect place to people watch while on the patio! The weather was perfect but it is pretty loud so be prepared for that.
