Decaf Swiss Water Processed Blend (Direct Trade)
A beautiful combination of our Direct Trade Swiss Water Process coffees from Brazil and Colombia. Many decaf coffees use chemical additives (solvents) to extract the caffeine from coffee; stealing flavor of the origin and polluting the cup. This coffee however, goes through the Swiss Water® Process which uses water from the mountains of British Columbia, Canada to gently remove the caffeine, while still maintaining the bean's distinctive origin and flavor characteristics. All of the flavor and 99.9% caffeine free. Tastes Like: Toasted Nuts, Cacoa, and light citrus acidity Suggested Brew Methods: All manual brew methods and drip machines
Wind & Sea Blend
Wind & Sea Blend Wind & Sea Blend is a perfect combination of the bright acidity and nut flavors we love in our Brazil Natural and Wet-processed Colombian coffees and the spice, dark chocolate and velvety body of our semi-washed Indonesian coffee. With fruit and a little smokiness up front, a smooth medium body, and bright citrus that doesn't overpower, the Wind + Sea Blend is good for any time of day. We suggest trying it on drip, pour-over, Chemex, or french press.
Ethiopia Natural Sidamo Rophi
Grown in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia in the town of Kilenso Moconissa, Rophi is a beautiful direct trade, natural processed coffee. Hand-picked, and dried in the coffee cherry in the sun for 3 weeks. We have roasted this delicate coffee to a medium level to highlight the sweet strawberry and rich caramel flavors. Boasting bright fruit notes, a berry aroma and a subtle & smooth body, your morning cup will have you thinking about this coffee all day long.

This coffee shop is right when you pull into the Salvation Army Kroc Center. Parking there is busy. There is one parking spot dedicated to the coffee shop - I think it has a 10 minute limit - but that means whoever gets there first can apparently stay there in their car for as long as they want. The coffee shop should look into another spot so people who want coffee don’t have to park across the entire parking lot. Good customer service, coffee is aight.

This is an amazing coffee shop. I work right next door to them so I come here often . I usually get the hot matcha green tea latte - which is better than Starbucks. I wanted to leave a review because this coffee shop goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with your order. And if you’re not, they will do what they can to make it right.All three staff (Father, mother & son) are so kind, and friendly: just the right amount of professionalism and personability.I...

The americano was ok. No chairs outside by the 2 tables (inside the pool area). Nowhere to sit and work. No vegan options (they have whey protein in all smoothies but could ask for without and do all fruit if you really needed something).
