Love that they offer a breakfast vegan sandwich though it's small and I don't really like the arugula and the matcha was ok. Updated from previous review on 2025-09-04

Such a unique atmosphere ! Breakfast options , they do not have decaf as an option (keep in mind) , but the breakfast sandwich was good and there was vegan options.

Great coffee and brunch items. Super quirky interior. Staff very polite. Perhaps not the world speediest service, but the friendly laid back service informs you it will be that way. Worth the little extra wait for sure. Highly recommend.

Came here bc I was in the area for work.
Googled places with gf options and this one came up. I love trying new coffee and café spots! Cute place, cute out door area. Music was way too loud to take a call. (So not a great works pot which they don’t advertise to be - just noting for those that like to work remote.

Spent about $20 bucks on their hash Browns and a breakfast sandwich. Not worth it but I’m not usually one to whine about how much i spent… everything is expensive! And it’s downtown so fully expect that cost.

I’m fully aware that not every place has gf options even if it’s listed or noted on the internet. But when I asked the Barista- the reply was just a bit unpleasant.
no big deal really everyone has bad days. But..

I asked if there were gf options and he said no bc the kitchen is Too small to have many options 🤣 um…. No problem, I’ll have to go to the 4 options with kitchens and space the size of a dining room that have gf options!
Lofty coffee, papalecco have big kitchens
Moniker, coffee cycle, vals coffee teeny kitchens- gf options.

I’m sorry your kitchen is too small to serve gf bread. Listen it sucks to have dietary restrictions!! but I’m tired or people not being educated in the food industry. If you have to be educated about the menu- get a teeny bit educated about dietary restrictions that can make people very sick.
You don’t need a big kitchen to offer a gf pastry or bread. I don’t expect any place to offer that but don’t treat me like im some food snob which was def the vibe of his attitude. Let’s normalize not being a snide Barista explaining something that makes no sense!
Definitely not coming back.

Not impressed. Their online menu includes items they don’t actually serve (the guy behind the counter said ‘I’m aware’ when that was pointed out’), my $10 sandwich was essentially an Egg McMuffin, we were given one set of cutlery and three napkins for four people, and there were no gluten free options. If you’re there for the vibe or drinks, that’s fine, but I’d go elsewhere for food and service.

Rudest service ever, when asking about options for food allergies.
They are in no hurry to serve or even acknowledge you. No water offered.

The poached eggs may be my favorite breakfast ever (Turkish style and perfect every time). 😋
The staff is super friendly as well.

I fell in love with this spot the moment I walked through the door. It’s got such a unique and eclectic vibe—think dinosaurs behind the coffee bar, mismatched vintage furniture, and a layout that feels more like a creative living room than a café. Every corner is full of personality, and it somehow all just works.

The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and effortlessly cool, with plenty of cozy seating options both indoors and out. Whether you’re there to catch up with a friend, get some work done, or just enjoy a quiet moment, there’s a perfect spot waiting for you.

The staff was super friendly and on point, which just added to the great energy of the place. Since it was still early, I went with breakfast tacos and a Cortado—simple, classic, and done so well. The tacos were fresh and flavorful, and the Cortado was smooth, strong, and just what I needed to start my day.

Definitely one of those places you instantly want to come back to.

Updated (2025) cool evening vibes and drinks. Known for espresso martinis

Brand new East Village craft coffee house. Extra cool space (it’s part of CH group) with indoor and outdoor seating. Comfy to relax, savor a beverage or pastry.

Stopped by on my way to the airport for a bite to eat. Staff was super nice with a friendly attitude. The restaurant itself was very cool with a Ronald McDonald Statue and other things such as dinosaurs. The food itself was where I believe it misses the mark, I got the strawberry toast and only had a few bites. When I sat down I saw the table next to me had also ordered the strawberry toast and had left it pretty much untouched as well. Good experience but may stick to drinks only next time.
