Everything we ordered except for the BBQ beef entree (ok, not great) was really excellent. Our favorite was the salmon avocado roll; it had the perfect proportions and taste. Would eat here again without hesitation but focus on hand rolls, maki and appetizers.

Absolutely love this place! I’ve been a few times and their hand rolls will keep us coming back. The owner is the kindest, along with the staff. Wish Scottsdale had a sushi spot as good as Moment. Until then, we will enjoy it every time we are in town!

Wow! The best sushi in town. It is best to make a reservation as this place isn't the biggest. But it speaks to its business, quality over quantity.Kid-friendliness: The service is top-notch. We were a party of 5, and they were quick to help clear emtpy dishes and fill our waters even before they were halfway. And they do this all with a smile.

We stumbled on to Moment Sushi tonight- and it turns out it was started by our favorite sushi chef, formerly of Ken's Sushi Workshop!The service, atmosphere, and staff were amazing. Beautiful restaurant, definitely a hidden gem- the only thing that outdid the service was the FOOD!We had several hand rolls, nigiri, and a custom cut roll. The quality of the fish is absolutely top notch- it doesn't get any better than this. Had an exceptional omakase experience for dinner. Wait staff was very attentive and we were never waiting long for our next course. Plates were well thought out and provided some new flavors and experiences for my party. Highly recommend for a night where you're looking for something a little more than normal!

My first omakase and it was fantastic. I felt very taken care of from the moment we stepped in and everything we had was delicious including our drinks. We came when it first opened, so it's been awhile now but I remember it being an absolutely positive experience and I seriously can't wait to go back. The interior is all white marble everything. Loved it. I will leave pictures since this review is so vague.

This place is a hidden gem! Amazing creations with high quality ingredients. I'm salivating as I type this thinking of my last visit having their special truffle/uni/toro handroll, it tops one of the best things I've ever eaten! Been here a number of times and I love the selection of appetizers and handrolls everything always tastes so fresh and the pairings are very delicate the perfect umami in each bite! The service is always great, you get your food quickly, and the staff is very attentive. It's quite beautiful inside and they also have outdoor and bar seating. Definitely a favorite and one I'd recommend to anyone craving for amazing sushi!
